Bought wrong performance chip, my fault needed to return and get correct one coming, customer service was great. Just sent other one back today,waiting on new one.
American Trucks have great prices, deals and staff. First time ordering from this company and definitely won't be the last.
Paid to have side steps installed on my truck for $170. Showed up to my appointment to an empty parking lot and a closed business.
Product description and video are totally different than what came and when working with their customer service, they said "well I see how this could be confusing, you actually have to scroll down to whats in the box".
Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere

Great company and received my items in a timely manner
I am very pleased with the way American Trucks does business. Reasonable prices, fast delivery, great customer service.
FedEx was terrible. Stopped at our house on the day of delivery, May 2nd, and didn't leave the package.
All FedEx would say that it was on the truck.
They finally delivered on the 4th.
The box was all taped up. He said it was poor packaging, and it was. I opened the end of the box but didn't see any damage at that time. As I unboxed it, there were several places where the paint was damaged.
I did install it and it fit really good.

I was very satisfied with their shipping time and the way the product was shipped
Evening was fast and timely great keep up the good work
Product was high quality, shipping was quick and product was packed well. The only complaint I have was that I only ordered a pair but expected a set of 4. I when back and checked the description and it did state it was sold in pairs so I had to order another pair.

It was a Sunday, as I tried to call to make an order. I wasn't expecting anyone to pick the phone up. Which no one did. But almost immediately I received a call back from a rep. He was very nice and helpful. I will definitely order from here again.
