You guys didn't send me the foam strip that goes by the canister by the cab, I had to buy my own, I didn't love the end of the cover I wish it was like others brands that goes a little over the tail gate, and when I'm on the freeway it flaps a little too much and is perfectly tight
Decided to add this system because of the video on installing this unit. I had a need to upgrade the engine air intake system. Total time to install was less than an hour thanks to the video. Installing the MAF sensor a bit tricky. Tight tolerance. I have noticed a slight increase in my MPG.

I purchased this exhaust kit in order to replace a dual exhaust so I could mount a 35" tire back under my truck. The exhaust arrived in a decent time. It was a good price but when it arrived all the exhaust pieces were loose, not wrapped, and were banging around inside and poking out of the box. The muffler had deep punctures in the metal on it along with a couple hangars being bent on various sections. The muffler also had multiple deep dents. I had to weld the puncture in order to seal the muffler as it had a leak. These issues could probably be avoided if they wrapped the items in some bubble wrap and put recycled materials in the box to fill the voids.

Everything was easy to find and check went smooth. I was offered a Military discount as well as several payment options
I needed to exchange the storage container for under the back seat for a different size. My request was completed with one phone call. I took two pictures. They sent me the return label. I sent the item back. My new item arrived in a couple of days. Very easy.

Received mbrp armour high flow muffler to replace stock one on my 2020 Ram Bighorn. Very satisfied with sound and performance. No drone in cab what so ever. Was expecting it to be louder but glad it's not just enough rapp when you get on it! Very tasteful upgrade for a reasonable price. Highly recommend this muffler. Will not wake your neighbors up in the morning. Exactly what I was looking for.

This product is a piece of crap. The letters in the box are broken and you have to solve the puzzle before mounting. The instructions was no help as well. Even as I'm trying to take a picture to prove my point, the website cannot upload it because the file is too large. It's just a photo. Don't waste your money.

Got my rims the exact date they told me and very well packaged
Running boards arrived quickly, installing them was easy once you figured out all the bracket placements. Instructions not the best but youtube to the rescue. They look great on the 3500 Ram.
I ordered an item on 4-19-2024 and I didn't receive it yet! I didn't receive any updates regarding the status of my order, and I'm still waiting for my item to be shipped, delivered or a refund! I've ordered items before from this company without any problems.
