Everything came as expected with the exception of in one piece by one of the nut that is welded in place a weld splatter attached itself in a way you could not get the bolt to start. Once I got that out all went well. My frustration is all the Emails I am getting wanting to sell me more stuff. I know where you are at. I can find you if I want something. So please take me off you Email list! I don't want or need 2 or more Emails a day to delete without reading.
Easy to apply dispenser. Color was spot on. Nice with the brush and the "pen". Would use again. One thing that would have helped would be to mention how much coverage (sq. Inches?) is in the tube. Our local auto parts store, was out of stock on the replacement headlight lens, and then the other, and another all out of stock. I did a quick search, entering 2001 Dodge 1500 4x4 and " American Trucks " popped up, I scrolled down a few then back up. Opened and was amazed, lots of good stuff, entered my vehicle right down to my color of paint lol. Placed my order and it was here in 2 days, now if I can get my husband to install them... 🤔
So I decided to take advantage of the big Halloween sale. Messaged one of their wheel and tire specialist, just to make sure everything i was looking at would work for my truck. The specialist set me up rims and lug nuts, plus a nice little employees discount, very cool. So I go ahead start the process on line to purchase, I go to finish with payment and it gives me a confirmation page? Wait I never put in my credit card info? How? Why? Turns out the last purchase i made, real nice Mud flaps that fit perfectly btw, they used that card automatically. Not cool, big difference buying 50 doller mud flaps to 600 dollars of wheels, yea nice sale, and discount. So I freak out, research their site, find a number I can call for assistance, call. I'm on hold for what it seemed for ever. So I instant Message again while on hold. Employee response, I explained the situation, he said he can help, let's me know theirs a number as well I can call, I explained I've been on hold for quite some time, he apologized for the inconvenience, changes the payment method, canceled my one order, reorders everything with a inconvenience discount for the long phone wait. A few days everything is square with my card, I receive my rims, and it all worked out.
I recently purchased an item and I paid for the item which included a fee and taxes. When I returned item I only received the item amount but American Trucks keep the fee and taxes.

Bought step rails for Chevy Colorado. All of their products are great and I have had no issues. I'll buy more things for my truck here

Ordered swing box on Wednesday and got on Friday. Item was as expected. Very easy install. Will save my back and knees from climbing in and out of truck. Won't interfere loading wood in truck. Very happy. Might order one for drivers side. Also I have a cap on my truck doesn't interfere was that or TMat at all.
I had ordered one from Carid and the seal wasn't good enough for me so I started looking ad again and found one with American Trucks. The seal is on the light and is a whole lot better than the 1st one I bought. Wish I could've got it with a clear lens but the smoke don't look bad. Did a good job getting it to me. I also love that it's American made... I recommend this if you're looking for a 3rd break light upgrade or replacement. Good price also.

I have been dealing with AM/AT for at least 10 years. I have been satisfied with the products i have purchased for my vehicles. I watch their video to get a heads up on installation. I recently purchased a HD Rear Bumper for my 2018 Ford F150 XL Reg Cab and watched the video (by Sara) who was very informative and complete to do the install. Thank You, hd.
I paid for next day shipping and all I'm seeing is the carrier hasn't got the part yet. I should've had the part today to fix my customers truck.

I ordered some items, and one of them had a 10% off coupon, at check out the discount was applied to the total, after I processed the order, I received an email saying I still owed about 90.00 I called and explained the situation and then cancelled the order because it was the same cost as ordering from the manufacturer directly.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Once they have your credit card information they will post charges to it but not issue an invoice. When you contact them for a refund or exchange they will deny any knowledge of the transaction even though your credit statement clearly shows a charge and payment to them. Their excuse. " We have no evidence of a purchase because there is no invoice. Therefore we can't find any such charge. " This is true even though I sent them a copy of my credit card statement showing the fraudulent charge. It could be an employee working in the charge department skimming money from fraudulent charges but the company is completely willing to ignore it and have their customers be charged for items not ordered. I'm sure there a record of the fraudulent charge under my name somewhere in the system. Isn't that how businesses work. Apparently not, Looks like a tax dodge by getting money coming in and denying they ever received it. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD OR PERSONAL INFORMATION. DON"T BuY FROM THEM AT ALL. You will regret it. I know I do.

I waited a month for a part package to become available after being on back order. When I was notified it was in stock again I promptly ordered it. Several days after order it I am notified it is not in stock again and I have to wait a couple more weeks for it. I would have been able to get it elsewhere but now it seems everyone is currently out of stock. This has been a big inconvenience for me. I can't wait over a month and a half for parts. I don't understand how it is in stock until my money has been obtained and now it is not again. Questioning if I wait will it only be 20 days, or is this a reoccurring trend.

I ordered mud flaps for my truck and they don't fit. Not even close. I called to return was on hold for a long time. I can't do return on line because I ordered as a guest. And the website would not open to even chat with anyone

Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.
