After completing our purchase, American trucks was immediate to send me a receipt and very prompt with sending out the product. The product that I ordered was being shipped as two separate parts, even though they are assembled as one piece. We only received one of the parts and FedEx has no clue as to what is going on And we have now been waiting for three days to get a reply from FedEx on what they are doing about it. We did reach out to American trucks to inform them of the situation and we are now going through the return process so I can get what I actually ordered.
Easy and awesome purchase from American Trucks! Because shipping was so fast, I was able to install quickly. Definitely appreciate American Trucks great customer service and intuitive install videos!
Overall a great company. Been having problems with header bolts and them sending the wrong one but was corrected and hopefully for a quick turn around.
A couple days ago I received the part from AT. It was on the ground on the side of the road under my mail box. I have had problems with Fed-Ex before but that is the worst.

AT has the best customer service, I actually saved a little money buy calling them and talking to a person. Great experience.
The only downside is the amount of spam emails that I have been getting from AT, it's almost obnoxious. If the didn't send so much it would be a great company. Therefore I gave them 4 stars.

I needed a replacement left headlight assembly for my 2015 Ram 1500. I had to have looked 10 different places, including eBay and Amazon, and this was the best deal and fastest shipping as well. It actually came in 2 days rather than just being promised in 2 days!
Mike informed me that the price on his screen was less than the one posted on site. He told me that he could see both prices and was able to fill my order at the lesser price.

I tried to place an order 2 separate times. I included my billing address and shipping address and it was cancelled both times because address didn't match so I called and asked to speak to department that handles the verification and they said that it's a third party company and they have no access to call them or a way to be transferred to them. You lost my business by not being able to speak to someone about a LEGIT transaction.

I ordered a pump for my clutch and they handled my order with care. I got updates and they checked in with me when it got delayed. I also really enjoyed the extra piece i recieved just for placing my order and i liked that they sent me a magazine.
I recently purchased an 'Open Box' Borla exhaust system which stated that although parts of the system may be missing, the overall kit was in good shape. When receiving the product, I found that the kit had been cut and welded on. The KEY flare to connect to the vehicle's catalytic converter had been CUT OFF and was not included in the kit. There was NO WAY to install this on the vehilce and I could not find the flare as a seperate part on Borla's site or anywhere else. Although the price of the kit was reduced significantly, I would have never purchased it knowing that as it was delivered, there was no way to install it. The kit is large and it would cost significant $$ to return which is all lost money. I will NOT purchase again from American Trucks but rather look for another vendor for the parts I need even if it costs more from somewhere else.

After reviewing the options for replacement parts for my vehicle I found American Trucks to have the largest selection of parts with the best pricing and availability.
Ordered multiple parts at various times from AT. Never any issues with the items and totally satisfied with my experience and quality of products
The kit was missing a main clamp to connect the new exhaust to the existing exhaust pipe. I had to purchase one to complete the installation for a cost of $49.

Leo did an excellent job in helping with my orders and fixing my account dilemma. I had two different emails on file, and he was able to combine them so I could get my veteran's discount. He answered all my questions and was patient with me because this was my first time ordering.
They created a quote and I get at least 6 emails a day. You email and send an email to waste your time and do nothing about it

Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.
