Before i placed the order it showed delivery in a week, now im looking at over a month. If i pull up the product like i am going to order again, it shows delivery in 5 days. If thats so, where the hell is my order?
Order # 31-*******, look at the items on that order. How could anyone confuse the S&B cold air intake with dry extendable filter for 2 offset struts for a truck suspension? Each strut comes in it's own box. Then, the 2 separate boxes had to be put in a larger box that held them both. Way heavier than a cold air intake assembly. Not to mention the manufacturer's name on the outside of the box. Which in no way resembles the S&B brand. This is the 3rd order I've place wit AT, and the second that has had issues. WTH people.

American trucks is my go to site for all aftermarket truck parts. The staff must all have trucks because they know the products well. The customer service and technical support is the best I've expirienced in recent times. Please keep up the good work!
First time purchasing, was waiting for tires to be delivered only got 3 the 4th one never got picked up by the warehouse pretty disappointed

I didn't know which product I wanted to buy at first. Watching some of the videos and looking at customers photos helped a great deal in making my decision.
Great customer service good site to work with easy to make purchases fast and exactly what I wanted. American trucks has a bunch of options and I like to see the pictures of what it will look like on my vehicle.

I ordered a part for my truck. Was sent an expected shipping date 4/14-4/17, within a few days it changed to 4/17-4/20, when my order did not arrive today I contacted the company and was told that the item was on back order and they would check with an different shipper to see if available. Then notify me of new shipping date. Checking my bank account I see they withdrew payment on 4/11.
Now I will see if they send it, the quality, or if I am able to get a refund if need be.

I ordered a kit with upper and lower control arms with tie rods and sway bar links, I received two left upper control arms and no sway bar links.
Everything fits perfectly otherwise no problem returning.

It is our goal to have the correct inventory information available on our website, but this was not your experience and your frustration is understandable.
We do show that you initially placed the order for the tonneau cover on 4/17 and the original get it by date was noted as 4/25-4/27. When we received your order, we submitted a request to the manufacturer to have the item shipped to you. They then responded that they are currently out of stock, and they were expecting them to be back in stock in Mid-May. We show that the item did actually ship to you on 4/23/2026 and it is expected to be delivered today 4/27/2026.
