I hate it when a company treats you like you are trying to scam them. Ordered wheel well liners for my F150 and first off, they came in zip tied together and also missing the installation hardware kit (4 bolts, 4 nut clips, 4 Christmas tree bots and 8 plastic washers, kit cost is maybe 5 bucks). I contact customer service, and instead of saying "Yes Sir, we will overnight you the $5 install kit right away". They required me take pictures of the box it came in (I took 2 pictures of an empty floor), 2 pics of the already clipped zip ties and the wheel liners and 2 pics of the "shipping paperwork" which was a torn FedEx label stuck to one of the liners. Still haven't gotten any replacement hardware. As a side note, contacted Rugged Liners (manufacturer) directly and they are overnighting the parts to me, no questions asked. So, I guess I'll have 2 sets at some point.
Fast delivery and product was made of goo material. The price was great.

Dealing with American trucks no issues. Hell order on a Wednesday got the running boards on Friday. Now here is the issue. Opened the box 2 small scratches no big deal I can cover them up. Hardware half missing. I call them up the woman says and I quote ( we don't have the hardware you will have to contact the manufacturer) unquote.
I accidentally ordered wrong item, and had to return it. I'm waiting on my credit or refund now.
It was overall a great experience. I will be buying again. I even made an account.

The headlights were easy to install.
They are absolutely beautiful, exactly what I wanted.

Ordered rough country seat covers and they were delivered very fast
First thing everything came in quick and fast, I had 2/3 of my order before the weekend and the remainder the following week. Quality of packaging was great, everything came as it should and installation was smooth for the most part.

The lights are great but I paid for 2 day shipping and it took over a week to ship.
The products I have purchased from AT are fantastic. The email ads I receive are sometimes misleading which is why the less than 5 Star rating. I receive daily ads some have discount codes that don't work on all the products, which is not explained in the email and very frustrating. Also, I have received emails that there are 'open box' items available but then when you visit the site you find out that is incorrect. Many times the link under the item that notes 'open box' available is not current. My only complaint is the misleading ads versus what is actually available. These days of IT website links and ads should be accurate and clear.
