The cushion cameon the day promised. It took a little longer to change out the cushion than I thought, because of my inexperience. I used the original seat cover and I had bought hog ring pliers & hog rings so that worked good. After I got the seat cover fastened into the right slot on the cushion, it fit pretty good. I spot cleaned the fabric and the end result was very good!
They take your money then they email you days later saying they don't have the part for like 3 months. Very shady.

My tail lights arrived in good order and on time. However, AT shipped additional lights and housings. When I informed AT(Kara) of their mistake, they threatened to charge me for all these items IF I didn't immediately ship them back. Later they sent me a FEDEX return slip to use and I shipped those parts back. Kara was rude and inconsiderate.
Easy to install; the only compliant is that it needs more adhesive on the edges. Other than that my tuck looks badass! Thank you!

Yea, ya know, when my teammates and I decided, we were going to win this game we all said and then we ran the ball and sometimes threw but when it came down to it, we caught it and scored more points than the other team. I got to give it to coach, without him we would have a different one and we would be carrying him off the field like he was in a gladiator fight, because that's what we do, we fight. I got the best teammates on my team, cause if they were on the other team they wouldn't be my teammate. The site can be easily navigated. There weren't a lot of unnecessary steps Or navigation pains. Additionally, payment options were presented logically, reducing the amount of time spent on the task.

Shipping was relatively quick and the install was really easy. AFE has turned out to be a very good company to buy from. Customer service is on point.
Found everything I needed very quickly, easy to place the order. Paid for one day shipping received my product in 4 days. That is my only complaint and I'm not even asking for my money back on shipping or anything. It happens maybe I did something wrong maybe I misunderstood one day shipping is what it is excellent otherwise.
Step came quickly by delivery. Easy to read instructions. Took approximately an hour to install. Second AMP step but first one that I installed myself. Highly recommend for safe, folding step that gives you a leg up.
Fit was ok but not factory.
I love it and would buy it again.
2017 Ram 1500 3.6L Pentstar engine
I put in all my truck information but when the headlights got here, they didn't fit. Now I have to find a way to return them and I can only get store credit for the one headlight because it was opened but obviously I had to open it to put it in and find out it didn't fit.
This order was cancelled, reordered, and cancelled again (by seller).
When I contacted Customer Service I was told the original supplier did not have the product and they had to reorder direct from manufacturer. Then I received an email next day saying the product is discontinued?
Still shows available and IN STOCK on American Trucks website, and also is still on the manufacturer website!
The only result of this is wasted time and having my email account bombarded by American Truck junkmail.
Only issue was delivery but product was great looks great and functional
Ordered a ford stripe stool for husband for Father's Day. It arrived quickly and box was undamaged. Product is light but strong and simple to put together.
The roof lights for my Ford F250 that I ordered were the wrong ones. Said that they were a direct fit but had to do wire splicing. So unfortunately, I had to return them. Just a frustrating returning process still happy with the company customer service and all of the other parts I've gotten in the past.
Ordered 3 things and that came in a timely matter! Only issue I had was the emails I had with the shipping numbers had all different ones. But when I tried to track them it only pulled up the one so I thought I had a shipping issue but I just had to click on the individual shipping numbers instead of the track now button. Over all was a good experience. Had what I wanted, came in a timely order, and the associate I dealt with asking questions was super helpful and knowledgeable about the questions I had! Will order through them again!
