After reading multiple reviews and different forums, I opted to order this exhaust system. I had a 1996 f250 with the 7.3 diesel and put a MBRP system on it and sounded amazing so ordered the same for my 2018 f150 with the 5.0. If you're looking for something to turn heads but not drown out the cab with drone then this is it. Reviews said there is drone around 2000 rpm which there is but nothing excessive. Plenty of compliments from co workers and even the wife lol. If you have some basic mechanical skills, the install is very user friendly. Has diagrams where to cut the pipe based on cab setup and comes with everything needed to install. Only issue I had was the pipe that went up against the CAT had a little dent and did not fit perfectly, but was able to easily fix. Definitely give this setup a 10/10 for install and performance.

I ordered open box headlights and they were in better condition than I expected them to be in. They fit great and look amazing. The install video helped a lot.

Buying the product was easy. You can go review my call with the Security issue. That was bs. And then yall didn't ship when promised and arrived a day later. Personally I'm not happy at all I don't think I would reuse or recommend the company to anyone. Especially with your customer service team and how they were.

The shopping experience was easy except the item I was looking at on line had a wrong picture & incorrect description and I was misled to order something that I did not intend to order.

These guys always get it right and will help you find the best look for your truck. I havent had a single call with them that wasn't professional and helpful. They are all passionate about the job and helping you build your project

Navigating thru the website searching for the parts I needed was easy and quick; as a bonus, my parts also shipped the next day.

I called in to see if you guys with price. Match a 4 inch lift from BDS.
You said you would.
I agreed to pay in full and be reembursed the price match difference.
I used PayPal.

Next day, I called in and spoke to a representative. That representative told me that they would not honor that discount now.

So I hung up and called back to speak to a second representative. Open the first representative was just untrained.
The second representative also told me that they would not honor the discount a hundred percent.

I then requested to have the order canceled.

I then got an email the next day. From the first representative that agreed to the discount, wondering what had happened?

I explained to the first representative that the second and third representative would not honor our original agreement.

That a third representative, a female had worked really hard to try and get it pushed through. Meaning I had given Your company three opportunities to take my money for the lift.

I got reimbursed in full and went ahead and ordered the left through your competitor.

Add american trucks representative even offered me ten percent off for the inconvenience. But had no way of taking my payment or sending me an invoice through paypal to resolve the issue immediately.

I would have to take your word again. Paying full and be reimbursed the difference.

Since I already had an issue with that I. Decided to go with your competition. And you lost my business forever.

I was also going to buy a bed Topper for my truck. And have a list of about five other things to add to my truck.

The amount of time and headache that I received from all 4 representatives from your company has proven to me. That you are not who you say you are.

All of them headset a different thing. And we're trained differently. They all seem like outsource people working from home. I'd advise not to use that company anymore for your customer service.

Continued to send the wrong items even when it was typed out for them to read so they could go back and reread it if there was any question. Couldn't get it right and they kept charging my card each time they sent the wrong items. Pathetic.

As a repeated customer to American Trucks, they're fast and reliable on getting your order out at a timely manner. No complaints, definitely recommended and definitely will be ordering from them again! Thank you AT, keep doing what you're doing 👍🏼

I think my running boards got here in 3 days. Very good quality and simple install. Took me about an hour.
