I ordered 4 items from American trucks and noticed one did not get delivered. This happened on a Friday so I called back on a Monday. I spoke to someone at American trucks and the quickly informed me that the item had not yet shipped and would be shipping directly from the distributor. I was then given a $20 store credit because the item was going to be delivered a little later. American trucks is no hassle and responsive. I will continue buying parts here.

Have to fill out info to receive unlocked PCM and send back locked PCM from the truck...slight inconvenience but hopefully the tuner will work good when it comes in.

It's good that ready life see the need for the half inch wheel spacers. Their big upper control get in the way of big fat tires. Half inch is just right

My order went smoothly,I picked what I wanted to get checked out and payment was made without a problem. About a week later I received a confirmation that my order was delivered. FedEx driver took a picture and everything. One problem, it wasn't my house. I called American truck and reported it right away. Over the course of about 10 days I went back and forth with different representatives of American truck but the second time I called I reported that my order was delivered to a neighbor; suddenly the problem was mine alone. I was told to just go and get it. First off, I'm a disabled veteran, second, why is it my responsibility to do what FedEx should be doing. In short, I won't ever shop with American truck! The customer service was terrible and they offered no help at all. In fact, at least one of the representatives suggested that I break 1 of 2 laws. The integrity of American truck must not be very much.
What a difference on the operation of my 2019 GMC Sierra Elevation with the 4 cylinders not kicking out & disabling the auto stop. Product is highly recommended
