I have bought a fog light kit and had it installed. One of the lamps has condensation in it. They want me to tear back out everything and send back the whole kit. I just want to buy another lamp or them to replace the lamp cannot get no response I have about $1800 worth of more stuff I want to buy for my new 2024 3500 Dooley going to have to go somewhere else and do my business because of poor customer service they give me the manufacturers number said it had a one year warranty. I called them they were willing to replace both lamps for free I cannot get American trucks to file the warranty claim they said that's all they would wait on soon as they seen it they would send the lights straight to me. American trucks do not stand behind what they preach. I have a lot of other friends so they have run into similar problems with customer service. I think the CEO needs to step up and look into his problem he has in his company. It boils down to this. I am not tearing everything back out of a brand new truck just to replace one lamp I requested just to sell it to me and I would buy another one. They would not even do that like I said in the upper comment they told me to call the manufacturer it was under warranty, it's not about money it's about principal
I place an order on 6/26 with advertised 2 Day Shipping to be delivered 6/28. Once the order was processed the delivery date changed to 6/29. If you cannot honor 2 day shipping then why do you advertise it?

I have not installed the product yet but just opened the packaging and everything looks great. The original photos of the product did have blue springs on the coilovers from what I could tell, and the product I received has black springs but that's not a big deal to me.
