Wrong spec'd wheels

Overall delivery and quality of the wheels is good. But I had ordered the 17x9 with the 12mm off set. But instead I got a -12 offset so not how they will look or how much poke they will have.

You have a lot of parts to choose from and the cost of parts is good. If we need assistance to confirm a fit for a vehicle. You guys are there to answer all questions. When we buy from Canada we have to pay the dollars difference between the US and Canada. That is normal. It would be interesting if American Trucks had a branch in Canada? NO! To Military Discount

Prior to placing my order, I called and asked about getting the military discount applied. I was informed that they do not provide military discounts, however, online it clearly states military discount via get verified. I placed my order for the much-needed item and decided to shop elsewhere for the other suspension items.

Therefore, I'm not sure what you are referring to, as you would receive a discount on eligible items. Bad experience

Terrible. I tried to cancel my order with no luck. Tried immediately after ordering but there was no way to on website despite instructions.
They are sending the part which I will now regurn on receipt. Long dividion and costly.

I order a AFe silver bullet throttle spacer for my ride and the bolts would not thread onto my throttle housing and one bolt was broken on the tip. So call customer support on a Sunday afternoon and talk to a wonderful dude Named Derick, big shoutout to my guy! Anyway the reason I called was bc I also bought a k&N 63 series cold air intake and when I went to put it on I had no bolts at all in the hardware bag, had everything else but bolts😂😂 so my guy Derick took his time and helped me tremendously and went above and beyond I appreciate him! He went through every piece of hardware installation kit that I had piece by piece and it was a lot! He got my return done over the phone while I took pictures of the all the parts and products and helped me through that and helped with getting me a hardware kit for the K&N ( the system kept telling him it was unavailable but he did find it) Remind you this was on a Sunday afternoon I didn't expect to talk to anyone honestly but Derick is the man!

Side marker for mirror

Yet delayed again

Decided to buy once again from you guys and items will show in stock until your order is processed then once payment cleared I receive the notification my items are no longer in stock and my order is now delayed. Not a very ethical way to do business. You product selection is great, logistics are falling short.

I apologize for the confusion regarding your recent purchase and for any delay in the emails you received. This item is coming directly from the supplier, so technically it wasn't backordered. However, when the estimated ship dates are updated by the supplier in our system, it triggers an email to the customer stating that it is backordered, along with the new estimated ship date. It appears that when this was originally ordered, the 'get it by' date was 11/29-12/01, but it was then updated by the supplier to 12/12-12/13, which triggered that email. Fortunately, this shipped and was delivered within the original 'get it by' dates. I apologize for the confusion and for any inconvenience this has caused you. 1st time using American Trucks

2021 Ram 2500 4x4 (40,820 mi) stock factory height. Installed dual piston steering stabilizer kit for better steering control. Installation was easy and simple as per video and instructions. Completely satisfied with steering results. Firm control and response with maneuvering versus factory single piston unit. Excellent upgrade. Thanks to Nic S. For his professional support.

Horrible customer service

5 minutes after ordering the wrong part, it had already shipped and I was too late to change the order. I ordered a rear brake kit and meant to order front and rear. But, after a few minutes on a Sunday it was too late to change. I will order my front kit somewhere else. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Very nice people and educated and if I didn't like it, I could return it. And is easier to return. I only return once the second time they seem the same thing again I returned it with no problem. They couldn't get the right thing. It was a tire.

Overcharged my account by $160
December 4, 2025

My checking account was initially charged $160 more than my purchase. When I spoke to a company representative, I was told that was the way their system works. This caused an overdraft on my account because I only keep close to the purchase amount in that particular account in case of fraud. I order a lot online, and this is the only company that has done this. This may be something you tell customers on your order page.

Would have been good except...

The first order I put in would have been okay except you tried to sneak in that extra warranty that I didn't see or want. The technicians that I worked with were really great in getting that all straightened out though. Order had to be placed a second time minus the additional warranty.
