5 minutes after ordering the wrong part, it had already shipped and I was too late to change the order. I ordered a rear brake kit and meant to order front and rear. But, after a few minutes on a Sunday it was too late to change. I will order my front kit somewhere else. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Very nice people and educated and if I didn't like it, I could return it. And is easier to return. I only return once the second time they seem the same thing again I returned it with no problem. They couldn't get the right thing. It was a tire.
My checking account was initially charged $160 more than my purchase. When I spoke to a company representative, I was told that was the way their system works. This caused an overdraft on my account because I only keep close to the purchase amount in that particular account in case of fraud. I order a lot online, and this is the only company that has done this. This may be something you tell customers on your order page.

The first order I put in would have been okay except you tried to sneak in that extra warranty that I didn't see or want. The technicians that I worked with were really great in getting that all straightened out though. Order had to be placed a second time minus the additional warranty.
While I haven't purchased a lot from AT, I find that they have an extensive selection of parts and accessories to choose from and everything I need for my 2024 F-150 Lariat.
The person who I spoke with was helpful. But the charge of a $25 handling fee I will not pay so I am returning this order and will no longer purchase from this company.

I ordered them Friday morning and they was at my front door by noon on Saturday. I love how fast and efficient American Trucks is make sure the customer gets whatever parts they need asap. They have the best prices and I wouldn't shop anywhere else. They have a customer in me for life.
I ordered a set of Go Rhino side steps for my truck. They were on sale for a pretty good discount as it was. I called just to verify that they would fit and the lady gave me a coupon code for another $15 off. Plus they arrived a day earlier than they said they would.

Had to send an AWE intake back because it was mislabeled for my truck. I was given a store credit, which I found out you need to redeem through a real person. Christopher P. Down in Florida was that guy, and he did a great job with the whole process. We now have the correct part on it's way!

I just run up on your website and was looking at different taillights from my new vehicle have a 2023 GMC Sierra crew cab X31 when I found these taillights. They are the LED with sequential blinkers smoked lens. I knew this was the ones I had to have and they actually had an open box one, which was in great condition for almost half off. I recieved them in 2 days by fedex. I was very satisfied with how long it took to get them. I took less than 10 minutes to install. I would definitely recommend buying any products from these guys. They're very helpful, knowledgeable and truthfuland what you get.

Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.
