There's many great options to choose from and I love how it show what will and won't fit your vehicle, but it seems 3/5 of the products I receive are defective. Support always does a great job of getting me a replacement, but it is very annoying having a product show up broken or electronically defective.
Purchased a front brake kit that worked beautifully on my truck. The price is right and the quality of parts is great. Now I'm going to the lowering kit and I'm sure it's going to be the same experience. Keep up the good work.
I placed my order because the listing said that the items were in stock. Half of the order was delivered 6 days later. The second half was untrackable and not shipped for 10 days " From Canada. Won't be receiving that for another week. No explanation or reason given by American Trucks.

I ordered Sequil headlights that fit for my truck n upon plugging them in running lights only come on when u start it n turn signals n then go away n lost running lights and the signals.

AT is great to work with, their not a company that takes your money and you have to wait days or weeks to get your tracking number. Their very much on the ball and they treat you like a real valued customer. I will continue to be their customer.

I decided my running boards from you guys but to no suprise box ripped open on both ends contents hanging out hardware box has a hole in it and jammed back in the main package since you can tell it fell out. And one who ships with FedEx I usually don't use in the future

I have bought different items for my truck, running boards, throttle response modules and now an oversized fuel tank. Everything has always gone smoothly, customer support is good and shipping is quick.
Everything was great just a delay on the wheels that I ordered supposed to have gotten them in January now saying won't get them until the middle of February

I ordered the crystal granite fender flares for my 2025 Ram 2500. They arrived well packaged and were very easy to install with clear instructions. They fit great and the color matched perfectly. Definitely recommend American Truck.
The sales guy told me that he could hook me up with some 3 inch LED fog lights for the front bumper push bar I ordered it was made for that told me the price. I said OK when the light showed up it says light bright on the box and all it was was the brackets when I called to find out where the actual lights were. They told me that that wasn't lights. He sold me just brackets so the process to return said just brackets is quite a hassle so I called again and I just ordered fog lights. The salesperson had no idea really what I was looking for. He didn't get into my past orders to see if they would even fit the push bar. We're waiting to see if those are gonna be the ones that fit so far the experience with ordering hasn't been Satisfactory

The Tiny Monster Concept Pro 3-Inch Cube Light Flush Mount Bezel Kit that was suggested to you is just the (2) Flush Mount Bezels (2) Foam Gaskets and (8) Mounting Screws, and does not come with lights.
We do see that you placed another order for the lights and we hope that these lights work on the bull bar that you recently ordered. If you would like to set up a return for the bezel kit, please contact our Customer Service and we will be happy to set up the return for you.

I did everything online it was really easy to find what I was looking for since I couldn't find a muffler in Arkansas just about. But he made it easy for me to find the muffler and order the muffler I'm waiting on them to give me a tracking number

Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.
