I am sorry to hear that the mirrors you ordered where incorrect, I see you have already spoken to customer service and started the return process. A Fed Ex return label was emailed to you on 10/22. Once the item is scanned with fed ex your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days and you will receive email confirmation when it is submitted. I have also issued you a $20 voucher to use on your next purchase online or over the phone that is good for 30 days.

After only 1week I noticed a crack in the sidewall of the front left tire.Im hoping Americantruck will make this right

Bottom of plastic housing broken. Plug was backwards of what should be correct to match the ford female plug. Had to re wire it myself.

The site was easy to navigate through. Had plenty of product details as well as videos showing the product itself. I like to see what the product is capable of besides just reading a list of what it could do. Order came in and was able to turn off the DOD as well as change tire size on my 2012 Sierra. Was looking to purchase a new set of heavy duty coil springs for the rear of my ram 1500 to prevent squat when hauling a trailer and load. Wasn't exactly sure which set I needed so contacted a sales tech and told them the issue I was having. They were very helpful in finding what I was needing and even went a step further and sent me a direct link to what I was needing. They were very helpful and I will definitely be a future customer and highly recommend American Trucks.

I am very satisfied with the cover that I received. It is an extremely nice cover for the money. And it arrived at my house very quickly after purchase.
