My order arrived promptly in two days as was indicated. The packaging was very good and the installation went smoothly. My only suggestion would be to label the bar steps driver/passenger side instead of me having to hold them up to the brackets and see which mounting holes align properly. Just a suggestion.

Had high expectations because I was advised by friends to purchase from this website, however they sent me the wrong item I purchased an open box exhaust for a gmc sierra but got sent brackets for a ram 2500. They won't even give me a refund they want to give me store credit when they don't even have the item I originally ordered.

Still have no parts no movement in shipping in 3 days and paid extra for 2 day delivery. Still waiting after a week for someone to contact me back about busted molded headlights they sent me. Last 4 orders have been late on delivery. Only reason they got a star was it made me.

Impossible to deal with. Delivery is always late even when you pay extra for delivery. Customer Service is absolutely no help.
I payed for the one day shipping. Hasn't come. Terrible customer service whe I tried to cancel the order 30 minutes after I placed it. Will be recommending to friends and family to not do business with y'all.

The exhaust is too loud for my taste but since I started the engine they won't accept it for a trade or return. Also the hangers don't line up and I was unable to fully install the muffler. I called customer assistance but they were unable to help me.

Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.
