Ordered available wheels from the website only to be told they were no longer avaliable-discontinued. This after charging our credit card. I gave 2 stars since I appreciate that they will give a refund without any hassel. But why go thru it at all? Why have discontinued items on the site at all. Now I have to start over.
Perfect fit on my 2024 F150 to hop into the bed with the Pro Access Tailgate deployed. Ford only offers a center step for the door access opening that did not fit my needs.

Ordered the Proven Ground roll up bed cover for my 2005 F 150 8' bed, and it did not fit! The brackets provided appeared to be wrong, ordered new brackets, and they were the same as the ones originally shipped.

I was unaware of the led lights that are in between the headlight and high beams. Unsure of which wires to splice these into to get it to work.
Was hung up on, trying to hold for a supervisor. Then when the supervisor called me back, just left $50 on my account without my order that was canceled. Needed these for Thursday to get the truck on the road. I have bought many things from this company over the years and I will never do it again. Don't care about the customer, I have a paid receipt of the product I purchased. Order was already on the way with Fedex. Im going to the BBB next and will not stop till you wake up that your customers are what drives your business. Don't ignore them or their calls. Went to another company and they over nighted my parts to me, when I told them how I was treated by American Trucks

I'm not very happy with the company on the website it says they will work but i bought them and got the ones on the truck off and put the new ones on and they won't fit with the grill

The ordering process was simple, and shipping was super fast. I was offered free 2 day shipping and the offer arrived in those 2 days. Because of the amount of accessories they have for my truck on hand and their great prices, I would definitely order from them again!
I purchased 2 sets of powerstop bakes and rotors, they never came, but I was charged. When I called they said the price on their site was wrong. I finally got my money back after cursing them out.
