I have recently been ordering performance parts for my 2019 F-150 single cab short bed from American Truck. They are always helpful and good to answer any questions I have.
QR code email to me for the return didn't work. The next QR code also didn't work. A rep sent a return label FedEx printed for me.
Googled, researched, decided on a product, checked out the website, good thorough information, easy check out/purchasing. Expecting shipment in a couple business days. Will buy here again for the next need.

Purchased a front brake kit that worked beautifully on my truck. The price is right and the quality of parts is great. Now I'm going to the lowering kit and I'm sure it's going to be the same experience. Keep up the good work.
Ordered an item and was told I'd get it on 4/10/26. Item hasn't even shipped. I cancelled my order and I will order from someone else. Shipping promise is not accurate, and unacceptable.

Answer: Only success story with this place is I know to NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! That's successful!
Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.
