First time shopping with American trucks and will be the last time. I placed an order with multiple items and one of which was a grill shudder for an f150. I've purchased with American muscle and appreciate the quick shipping so I decided to try this site out. Not only the package received was wrong, they told me I had to send in the incorrect package (which was a running board set, that was 10ft long, definitely not a grill) but only then they would send my correct part. The process also took another 48hrs. I had ordered for my customer and told him I'd be done by the weekend, and now I cannot get him taken care of in time.
Not very good customer service in my opinion.

Overall AT has been great and the customer service has been solid, that is usually what will make or break your experience. For the most part all of my purchases at AT have been great besides the last one that was a fuel pump, overall I think the quality just doesn't match what I have gotten from AT throughout my experience. I would actually advise to stop offering that product, unless I just got a faulty one

I sent it through FedEx ground. I found my receipt and tracked my order and it says it has been delivered yet. I haven't heard or have been credited anything on my account. I would like some kind of response from you please!

Without the tracking #'s our system dosen't regonize the items where delivered until they get scanned into the warehouse delaying your refund. 2015 Chevrolet 2500HD rear bumper did not fit well AT ALL. Literally every single aspect of this bumper had to be adjusted to just be functional, at best. Ridiculous. Didn't tell me about discounts until AFTER I purchased this bumper. When I originally went to purchase it, the website would not allow me to. Came back next day and the damn price went up over $50! Unbelievable. This ladies and gentlemen, is why you pay the prices from the dealership.

I ordered running boards for my 2010 Ram 1500. They arrived on time and apparently in good shape with all the parts. Due to a previous experience with a different company, I knew my make and model would require some drilling, so I chose the install option. Everything went as advertised. The local install shop did an excellent job with no surprises or hidden costs. It's only been a couple of days but very happy so far
Between two different throttle controllers. That I returned for a refund. Because they both had the wrong plug connectors on them...the second one should have fit my truck.but when I received it it was the same connector...I was told the first one was a universal fit unit.but why don't they say that in the part description.at this point I'm very disappointed...maybe someone needs to investigate the cause for this problem.

Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.

Answer: Yes, go a web search for the product you want. There are many other websites that want your business and have great customer service. American Trucks does not.
