The box arrived taped up on areas that were damaged. Scuffs on everything. Looks like an open box deal but paid full price. 3 red lights and one black light instead of 4 red lights as advertised. Probably not using this company again.

Great customer service. The only thing is the delivery was pushed back and I had to cancel my apt for installation. Now it's going to take 3 weeks to get it installed.

I ordered 2 items from American truck and have only received 1 from them and I have sent them 2 emails and they have not returned any of them yet so a few days ago I found a phone number and called it to speak with customer service and they told me that the other item is going to be shipped from the manufacturer and they aren't even able to give me a time when I will get the item. They have a lot of work to do with the customer service department and they have to be able to let customers know when they will receive their orders from their other manufacturers. I don't know if i will order from them ever again i will not tell anyone to order through this company.

Perfect fit and easy installation. Was done in 15-20 minutes with both and couldn't have been easier
Purchased a roof top tent. Cost was slightly more than the manufacturer website. But AT added $150 for an "oversized item".
The item was shipped directly from the manufacturer. The manufacturer does not charge extra fees and has free shipping.
AT customer service was terrible as well. Told me that the estimated delivery date advertised is not a real estimate and is the estimate for an item shipped UPS Ground, which the oversized item was not.

The neoprene seat covers fit very nicely. Easy to put on, comfortable to sit on.
Ordered a set of sniper steps that were (open box) Stated that they may have small scratches, minor imperfections etc. When I received them they were actually a used set that someone had installed. There were broken bolts in the rivet nuts, bent step with the plastic end destroyed and not in good shape. I would never buy open box from this company again.

Trying to figure out the wiring diagram with the wires on the truck, not real clear picture.
My truck rear brakes seized. I ordered a brake kit and had a scheduled repair in a timely fashion. My order shipped and was later canceled by AT. This caused a major inconvenience and pushed back the timeline of getting my truck repaired.
