Typically you receive more emails when ordering a product of this price range. Both of my mirrors that I ordered had an issue with the motor, they don't seem to move in the right direction when I'm adjusting. Also, the angle that the mirrors lock in on does not allow you to see into the proper positions necessary in order to drive safe. As well as that the actual glass of the mirror shakes while driving.
Easy to order and received the step rails a day later than expected. The passenger side bed rail has multiple dents and one was quite big. The box that they came in was in good condition so I would think that the bed rail was already damaged before it was shipped.

They are a little slow on shipping but they are a good company.
I placed an order # 26-******* for an AMP Research Power step for a Silverado 2019 LD 1500 (Legacy). Had no installation instructions, had to go through Amp Research. I called American Trucks to make sure that the steps would fit my Legacy Chevy. Your representative assured me this was the right steps. At this time I'm on the phone trying to fix the problem. I hope I don't have to send it back for being the wrong steps.

I know why you all don't mount and balance the wheels that way when the customer gets them they don't have to have them broke down to have the tire pressure sensors installed and that they can be programmed prior to installing them into the wheel but their are readers out their that can still obtain the information off the sensor so not real sure why mounting and balancing isn't an option just makes it a real pain when they do get here and I'll probably have to pay to get mine mounted because the closest shop that was listed for free mounting and balancing is over an hour away and I have a tire shop actually 3 tire shops within 5 min from my house. So drive an hour or 5 min the cost in fuel will probably equal out about the same and now my wheels are going to show up 2 weeks after my tires so now I have to find somewhere to store them until the wheels come in. Kind of a pain but oh well

Accidentally purchased the wrong headlights. Was looking for a chrome housing with smoked headlights. The set that I purchased were labeled "Chrome Housing" but when sent, we're not chrome but blacked out. I went back to the website to look at the ones I purchased and they indeed were blacked out but just labeled as "Chrome."
