American screening took my order and charged full amount to my credit card back in April. It is close to 60 days and I have not received over half of the order. I called and got hung up multiple times until a nice lady picked up the phone and at least gave me a store credit for the items not shipped.
Simply one of the best sources for medical supplies and equipment. Nice place to search for bargains. Wide selection of high-quality suppliers. Their customer service was responsive and got my orders quickly fixed. Got my shipments on time, too. Will be ordering from them again.

Yesterday (THREE Months Later - 6/2020) received email that order had shipped (even though I had CANCELLED it!). They tried to deliver the order by UPS, but we refused it. I placed an order on 4-19-20, I only got part of my order in early June. I have repeatly tried to phone them, and email to cancel the rest of my order and get a refund, they do not respond. I would never advise anyone to do business with them.

I purchased PPE (Level 3 face masks) for my clinic weeks ago because the site indicated that they had the product "in stock and ready to ship". After several weeks of not hearing anything I began contacting the company. First by telephone, (after asking the question as to why they have the item listed on their website as being in stock, I was hung up on), then by email, asking for a refund since it was obvious that they did not have the product on stock. Unfortunately no reply. I've since called the company several times asking for a refund and have been told that I need to request this through email. Like a dog chasing its tail, this company keeps you in the dark. It's now obvious that after reading numerous reviews on this site and on Trust Pilot, this is the companies MO. To get you to purchase a product that they do not have nor have any intention to provide. Stay away..

Our company made orders for non-contact thermometers. They had this in stock, and I was happy that it was $17 cheaper compared to other stores. Made the purchase and received an email confirmation along with the shipping date. The orders were running late, and we called the customer service. They confirmed the delay and apologized, and immediately resolved the problem. The orders were 3 days late, but otherwise, everything was okay.
I was charged for the 3 items I ordered and received only the two which were the cheapest one. Never able to talk with a sale rep to get reimbursed.

Placed order for HENRY SCHEIN Masks back on March, Been waited for 3 months patiently due to pandemic. They finally shipped out on May, but what I received is something BAD quality masks that from China factory. Non surgical, non FDA approved! They would not cancel the order even they don't carry Henry schein! Or Maybe they just using Henry SChein image to mislead customer! Theres no way to reach them, no one answer, no responds. If you had luck that able to chat with them, they just BS you. I am so tired of this company. If you filed a claim to your bank or paypal, they will provided a tracking, and shipped something out which are NOT what you ordered! Example one, you ordered Henry Schein masks, they shipped you some unbranded china made paper masks. Second example, when you ordered 8 boxes, they only shipped 4 boxes. Example three, if you want to cancel the order, they won't do it, Just ignored your request, because they want keep your money until you filed claim, and also shipped you something else.

They took my online order, but didn't ship anything. After two months of constant calling, I reached someone who said my order had shipped. I received 1 out of 4 items. I called again (not easy as their telephone numbers change daily). I was told "all sales are final." I argued that there wasn't a completed sale since they took money but didn't ship the entire order.
I have filed complaints with the BBB, the Louisiana Department of Justice Consumer Protection Section, and the National Center for Disaster Fraud. So far, the only thing that has happened is that they sent me an item I didn't order and they say I can't get what I ordered until I ship the wrong item back (at my expense).
How much are they making by stealing from people with the hope their nasty telephone representatives will deter further follow up?

Placed an order March 29th with items in stock. I am still waiting. They never answer phones, blow smoke up your... when you do get someone I am told it will be shipped in 7-20 days. Do the math. This is one of the worse companies I have ever dealt with on line. Everytime I ask for a tracking #, I get a story. I have been charged but still no package. Stay away. Last we spoke was 6 days ago, again another 7-10 days. I am taking action by Friday.

All of these reviews about this company taking money but not satisfying orders applied to me. Ordered in early March. Cancelled on May 1 when nothing arrived and requested refund. Got an email confirming cancellation and refund. Nothing happened. Called several weeks later and was told how busy they are. Never got my money back. The five star reviews here are undoubtedly paid reviewers or their staffers.

I've ordered the items when I needed them (in April 2020) and I've placed the order only because of the shipping dates mentioned in the website(by last week of April).
After placing the order, I had reached out to the customer service around 10-12 times a week and still didn't get any updates. I didn't receive any call backs for my voicemails.
I can understand the situation and delay of 2/3 weeks. But, I've received the items with a delay of 2 months in the mid of June when I no longer needed them. Because you haven't delivered the items, I had to purchase from a different vendor. To add, I've received items that don't match the description of the items I've ordered for. The items I received are of less worth.

Extremely unreliable company. DO NOT BUY from them. After almost two months of placing the order, I received only one item.
NO order confirmation. No details. The website does not even recognize your user id and password after they take your payment. The only thing they are prompt about is charging your account. Then they go on vacation. I ordered the products to use during Pandemic and now the items are even available in stores but my order never got delivered. All I got after two months is masks. This company will promise you items and act as if they are in stock. Then after a month or two you will get a box drop shipped from China with 1 item in it. They will claim that they sent you all of your order. Then when you go to file a claim with Paypal they will provide them with the tracking number of the box making it look like they sent you your order. You will have a hard time proving that you did not receive all your items in that box... what a scam!

I placed an order on March 13th for my clinic. They took my money immediately and sent me an order confirmation. I have "chatted" and spoken with 2 different representatives who told me to contact customer service via email. I have done so MANY MANY TIMES to no avail. Never heard ONE thing back. They STOLE $340+ from me and my clinic. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint and my credit card company to recover my money.

Answer: Go to the Better Business Bureau and the reviews will tell you ALL you need to know. I placed an order for hand sanitizer and Clorox wipes with this horrible, horrible company on March 13, which totaled a hefty $153.62, was then charged a ridiculous $197.62 for two day shipping on the $153.00 order. March 18th, I went on their website live chat (Joke) to cancel my order. When I tried to go on it again, the live chat was turned off. Sent two emails to cancel. Still nothing and I still haven't received my money or items as of April 12th. Received an email this morning saying they were shipping items and to track delivery click their link. Click the link and the link doesn't work because THEY SPELLED THEIR OWN NAME WRONG IN THE LINK. RUNAWAY from, as the link states, "American Screeing Inc".
Answer: Taking advantage of people during the worst of times. This company is absolutely a scam. If you have an issue and want to resolve it? Don't count on it. No one ever answers the phone, they do not return voice mail messages, no one is available to "chat" (I take that back; I was able to get through to a salesperson 1 time. He just lied to me and told me over and over that my order was scheduled to arrive the following week. That was 2 weeks ago. It still has not arrived.), and they do not respond to emails. This includes their Customer Service and Sales Departments. They are continually advertising all these new products available, yet they cannot fulfill the orders they still have open. Why would you advertise that you are selling 1-gallon bottles of hand sanitizer if you have got customers who have been waiting for 2 months to receive 2 8-oz bottles? I have requested a full refund but it stands to be seen that I will get that money back. Perhaps it's time for them to experience small claims court if they haven't already.
