This company is absolutely a scam. If you have an issue and want to resolve it? Don't count on it. No one ever answers the phone, they do not return voice mail messages, no one is available to "chat" (I take that back; I was able to get through to a salesperson 1 time. He just lied to me and told me over and over that my order was scheduled to arrive the following week. That was 2 weeks ago. It still has not arrived.), and they do not respond to emails. This includes their Customer Service and Sales Departments. They are continually advertising all these new products available, yet they cannot fulfill the orders they still have open. Why would you advertise that you are selling 1-gallon bottles of hand sanitizer if you have got customers who have been waiting for 2 months to receive 2 8-oz bottles? I have requested a full refund but it stands to be seen that I will get that money back. Perhaps it's time for them to experience small claims court if they haven't already.

Ordered product from this company on 5/13/20 -- by 5/16 the order information disappeared from their website, however they charged my credit card on 5/16. Have not been able to contact the company via web chat - no answer, telephone - no answer, email - no response. I believe this company is running a scam and would not recommend that anyone do business with them.

Ordered nearly 2 months ago. Credit card was charged immediately. Products were never delivered. Sent many emails. All went unanswered. Phoned many times with no result. The last person I spoke with said she would cancel the order as requested. That's was three weeks ago. Filed a complaint with the BBB which had a red alert advising to report the business the state's Attorney General's Office. Still, no response to the posted BBB complaint. Reported them to the General Attorney's Office. Disputed the charge on my credit card. Still awaiting a resolution.

I have ordered and paid for 3 Prospray Wipes 6""x6.75"" 240/ (Item# *******). Order dated: 04/03/2020. For each item, I have paid $17.23, total: $51.69 for 3 Caisters of Disinfectant Wipes. I did not receive the Items that I have ordereded.
After several calls and e-mails, I have received Wrong Items (3 Protex Ultra Wipes packs) today, which are much much cheaper quality item than I ordered, and are available online for $6 each only. This item, I have received seems like a fake China made item, which I never ordered. I am feeling that, I was cheated.

This place sucks. I ordered drug tests almost 4 weeks ago nothing. I called 5 times and got nowhere. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. I cant believe they are still in business

With everything that is going on and the shortage of hand sanitizers, I quickly got hold of American Screening Corporation and ordered $328 worth of supplies. Got confirmation of my order 3 days after, and called to confirm the shipping date. The agent told me there had been a short delay because of shipping. They emailed me 2 days after, and told me that I would be receiving the product that week. Finally received the shipment, took a while but worth the wait.
Ordered products in March and charged immediately. Received an email confirmation of my order immediately HOWEVER after many attempts to track my order it finally arrived today 5/7 with ONE item of 5. Called customer service, no answer, no message capability. Sent an email and received a canned response. Luckily I just cancelled the entire charge to them on my AMEX. Let AMEX deal with them or they get $0.00. Love AMEX!

Unexplained delays in shipping (>5 weeks) while charging your card, no responsiveness to phone calls/emails/faxes, shipped to address that I requested changed, tracking system inaccurate, chat service incompetent and useless. Posted responses on BBB site are useless and canned. I will avoid any contact with this company in the future and strongly advise anybody to look elsewhere for supplies and testing.

Answer: Go to the Better Business Bureau and the reviews will tell you ALL you need to know. I placed an order for hand sanitizer and Clorox wipes with this horrible, horrible company on March 13, which totaled a hefty $153.62, was then charged a ridiculous $197.62 for two day shipping on the $153.00 order. March 18th, I went on their website live chat (Joke) to cancel my order. When I tried to go on it again, the live chat was turned off. Sent two emails to cancel. Still nothing and I still haven't received my money or items as of April 12th. Received an email this morning saying they were shipping items and to track delivery click their link. Click the link and the link doesn't work because THEY SPELLED THEIR OWN NAME WRONG IN THE LINK. RUNAWAY from, as the link states, "American Screeing Inc".
