I ordered hand sanitizer and protective gowns in March. My credit card was charged and I still have not received my order in May. I could not get touch with them. Bad business!
This company says things are in-stock but are not. They charge you when you place the order but don't deliver. Impossible to get customer service or contact anyone at the company. They appear to HAVE BEEN a reputable company inthe past but are now just scamming customers saying the products are in stock when they are not. They resell products from another company/warehouse that they purchase from. Tracking info is almost impossible to get. Check BBB ratings - BBB has removed their rating because of many, many complaints. It's really sad to see a company taking advantage of consumers in the middle of this crisis. They prey on emotion by saying they have the PPE and sanitizer that everyone is looking for - get your money and then ship when and if they decide. BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered some hand sanitizer and face masks on 4/9/2020. The company immediately charged my credit cards. I have not received my order. I cannot speak to anyone with the company as their telephone recording states no one is available due to high call volumes. Stay away from this company.

Found ASC through a friend's referral and have already used their service twice. Can't be more satisfied with customer support. They were patient and friendly and helped me to pick the right tests.

Do Not buy anything from this site. They charge your card and never send you item you purchased. I sent them more that five emails asking to cancel my order but have not heard from the customer service. Do not trust this site.

Just wanted to pass this along. I've had the similar concerns about my product not detailing any shipping dates or number. I placed my order on 4/4/20 and did not receive any confirmation order. It took about 3 days before I could view my purchase history on their site. My package should have arrived on 4/19.(it's now 4. 23. 20) I've called several times and someone answered because I heard background noise then they hung up the phone a second later. I began to read other reviews with similar situations. I began to worry that I would not see my product. Granted, I know times are different now but you leave your consumer concerned when I've paid my money and I can't get in touch with you, we now have a big problem. Since I have not gotten any response nor was I able to have any communication with American screening, I decided to reach out out to the BBB. I then saw that they were being investigated by the Louisiana AG. I called their office to verify that this information was correct. She ensured me that it was and for me and anyone else to report it on their website. Also, you should call your bank to try and get your money back since they are under investigation. There is nothing "American" when you take advantage of people during a crisis to profit for yourself. The company did not even deliver the product which makes them a theft, yes you stole my money. You should remove the "American" out of your business name and leave it as "Unpatriotic" Screening! Be safe and well everyone! We are in it 2gether!

Placed order early March for hand sanitizer because their website said it was in stock and could ship within 48 hours. Within minutes of paying, I called their customer service to confirm ship date. Rep said they didn't have it and couldn't say when they could ship. Said I understood, so please cancel order and issue refund. Rep refused. After several calls and emails asking for a refund, finally got PayPal involved and today learned they ruled in my favor and issued refund. This company makes promises they can't keep, then holds your money in exchange for no product. Their service reps are rude and condescending -- one rep told me they were too busy filling bigger orders so I'd have to wait indefinitely. Hope they go under or get sued. Thank goodness for PayPal!

Answer: Go to the Better Business Bureau and the reviews will tell you ALL you need to know. I placed an order for hand sanitizer and Clorox wipes with this horrible, horrible company on March 13, which totaled a hefty $153.62, was then charged a ridiculous $197.62 for two day shipping on the $153.00 order. March 18th, I went on their website live chat (Joke) to cancel my order. When I tried to go on it again, the live chat was turned off. Sent two emails to cancel. Still nothing and I still haven't received my money or items as of April 12th. Received an email this morning saying they were shipping items and to track delivery click their link. Click the link and the link doesn't work because THEY SPELLED THEIR OWN NAME WRONG IN THE LINK. RUNAWAY from, as the link states, "American Screeing Inc".
Answer: Taking advantage of people during the worst of times. This company is absolutely a scam. If you have an issue and want to resolve it? Don't count on it. No one ever answers the phone, they do not return voice mail messages, no one is available to "chat" (I take that back; I was able to get through to a salesperson 1 time. He just lied to me and told me over and over that my order was scheduled to arrive the following week. That was 2 weeks ago. It still has not arrived.), and they do not respond to emails. This includes their Customer Service and Sales Departments. They are continually advertising all these new products available, yet they cannot fulfill the orders they still have open. Why would you advertise that you are selling 1-gallon bottles of hand sanitizer if you have got customers who have been waiting for 2 months to receive 2 8-oz bottles? I have requested a full refund but it stands to be seen that I will get that money back. Perhaps it's time for them to experience small claims court if they haven't already.
