Placed an order a month ago, they charged my credit card immediately, however never shipped the order. Tried to contact them several times via e-mail, phone and their web side - no response. Disputed the transaction with my bank.

They charged me even though I cancelled the order the day after I placed the order on line. I called the next day when they said that they couldn't tell me the product was going to be available. I saw that there was a new price for the product and was $3 per bottle less and they wouldn't honor that rate. I cancelled and I still got charged on my account. I finally received an email from management who apologized and when I told him that I disputed the charge on my VISA he said he would let his accounting office know.

Thieves

Filled my order for supplies they don't have in stock but have the order listed as completed and shipped. I received email from customer servoce that the ordered items will eventually be back in stock and Shipped. My account has been charged!

SCAMMERS! DO NOT BUY HERE... I made an online purchase, they sell you products that they supposedly have in stock and it is a lie, customer service does not respond, they do not respond by phone or by email, only sales are available and they only sell, I want to cancel my order and they do not respond, I want my money back. I will take care of doing the worst publicity for this company and see that I have the resources to do it.

Evidently the BOSS has to approve exchange and or refunds and the BOSS is evidently never available! So I am out $250 with no merchandise to show for it.

Absolutely awful. They cannot fulfill an order (which in and of itself would be okay). However, they are refusing to cancel the order and refund my money, to the tune of over $3,000. Never do business with these people.
