I made an order at mid-Feb of 3M N95 MASK(1860) of $349.95.
I waited for 3 MONTHS. Contacted merchant like 10+ times -- I emailed them, called them and never get a response. One day, magic happens, they answered the phone and I said I would like a refund. They said OK, HOWEVER, IT IS NOT THE END! After a week, I still do not receive the refund confirmation email and I called them back. They said they DO NOT HAVE THE PRODUCT I purchased and want to replace with others. I refused and they said OK and they gonna hold. Guess what, after I disputed with credit card charge, they quickly shipped the replaced product -- IT IS NOT THE MASK I PURCHASED! They are the low quality and cheap masks! NOT N95!
How could they ship the wrong cheap product without any notice? How could they refuse the return/refund with the product I didn't purchase and replace something with lower value and charge fully?
I am so surprised and so annoyed. Trust me friends, DO NOT BUY PRODUCT HERE!
I wrote a review previously complaining that I never received my thermometer, but it has finally arrived. Ordered 4/22, delivered 7/13. To be fair, it does seem like a good quality thermometer. The company told me that it was currently in stock at the time I ordered it and I assumed it would be delivered in a timely manner. They have a business address in Shreveport Louisiana, but this is a Chinese company. My order came from China and was repackaged and mailed from Louisiana. Not a scam maybe, but not an honest business either. I wouldn't use them again.

We ordered tests in April, 2020 and were promised delivery in early May - even given tracking numbers after paying over $1,100. The tests have never been received and we cannot get passed leaving voicemails, emails, and automated responses, even 3 months later. Buyer beware. This company needs to be held accountable.

Just got my order of arm blood pressure monitor from ASC. What a bargain, save 50 percent from the suggested retail price!
Perfect doing business with ASC. Good discount on bulk purchases. Customer services were also receptive and willing to iron out any concerns quickly.
Ordered Discide Ultra disinfecting wipes for $20 April 19,2020 and they charged my credit card. I received alcohol disinfecting wipes July 9,2020 that they also sell for $13, substituted an inferior product. Customer service never returned phone calls nor emails. They claim their products are made in America. The products I received are made in China. Will never do business or recommend with American Screening.

One of the worst. Send the wrong product and then tell you they will take care of it. No one ever calls back or handles problem. Try to call to ask for supervisor and get put on hold and given voice mail box for people that no longer work there. Total scam

I placed a $1200 order in April, 2020 and was informed that all items were in stock and ready to ship. 2 months and countless phone calls and emails later, I received my order... well, sort of. I wasn't sent the items I ordered. I was sent a lesser model and was due a credit of over $350. It took another month and a half to get that as well as a credit card dispute. STAY AWAY at all costs!

These people are thieves. Placed an order on 4. 2. 2020, and never received it. Never returned our money. Never returned the call. The hand sanitizers that our employees could use at the time. They are awful. Don't buy from them. They need to go out of business.

Good place to shop for medical supplies, lots of products and brands to choose from. Our business needed a couple of non-contact thermometers and immediately ordered. They had a couple of brands, good thing they had detailed products specs. Asked for express shipping. Done deal, it only took me a few minutes from shopping to finalizing the order.
Ordered from this company because they advertised fast shipping. This was not the case. I was advised to refuse the package by one of their reps. After over 3 months, I have not received a refund or response to any of my phone calls, emails, or chats. They have the product and my money. Poor customer service. Will not be doing business with this company again ever.

Price gouging Hand sanitizer during Covid, 2 months for delivery - had to file chargeback. ZERO RESPONSE from customer service when asked status of order. Had to file a chargeback with my bank, and then all the sudden i get them, MONTHS LATER when I dont need them anymore. I will never recommend this company.

Ordered over $500 of items. ALL were delayed. When contacted company for update, no response... they won't answer the phone or emails. Items began to trickle in over 2 month period. The hand wipes, which I paid over $200 for! Were supposed to be alcohol based. Not only did they contain none (which I tested, and found they are water), the packaging does not list ANY ingredients whatsoever. Of course, it's all from China and not trustworthy. This company is in way over its head and refuses to offer service, get quality items, and process/respond timely.

I ordered products from them back in March 2020. They ignored all correspondence for 30 days. I requested a refund via email and someone replied 2 weeks after and said they needed approval to process refund. I disputed the charges with my bank account after no refund for 2 weeks. 3 weeks after that I received some knock-off watery hand sanitizer that I said I did not want. Now they are requesting that I wait for UPS to come and pick it up. They emailed a tracking slip with no tracking number. I asked if I could drop it off at UPS location and no one responds. Scammers also sent 24 of the 48 containers. The post office weighed it and I'm sending the same weight back, if I get a real label...

I've placed an order since March 27,2020 until now June 19,2020 I'm still haven't received any of my order. When I called one of the customers service said she will let the accounting knows and cancel and refund me back. I haven't heard from them so I have to dispute my payment.

Ordered product and never received. I have been told on numerous occasions it has been shipped which is a lie. I believe they try to keep you going for 60 days which is the time you have to contest a charge on your credit card.

Answer: Go to the Better Business Bureau and the reviews will tell you ALL you need to know. I placed an order for hand sanitizer and Clorox wipes with this horrible, horrible company on March 13, which totaled a hefty $153.62, was then charged a ridiculous $197.62 for two day shipping on the $153.00 order. March 18th, I went on their website live chat (Joke) to cancel my order. When I tried to go on it again, the live chat was turned off. Sent two emails to cancel. Still nothing and I still haven't received my money or items as of April 12th. Received an email this morning saying they were shipping items and to track delivery click their link. Click the link and the link doesn't work because THEY SPELLED THEIR OWN NAME WRONG IN THE LINK. RUNAWAY from, as the link states, "American Screeing Inc".
Answer: Taking advantage of people during the worst of times. This company is absolutely a scam. If you have an issue and want to resolve it? Don't count on it. No one ever answers the phone, they do not return voice mail messages, no one is available to "chat" (I take that back; I was able to get through to a salesperson 1 time. He just lied to me and told me over and over that my order was scheduled to arrive the following week. That was 2 weeks ago. It still has not arrived.), and they do not respond to emails. This includes their Customer Service and Sales Departments. They are continually advertising all these new products available, yet they cannot fulfill the orders they still have open. Why would you advertise that you are selling 1-gallon bottles of hand sanitizer if you have got customers who have been waiting for 2 months to receive 2 8-oz bottles? I have requested a full refund but it stands to be seen that I will get that money back. Perhaps it's time for them to experience small claims court if they haven't already.

I received no return calls nor emails. They also substituted an inferior product at a much lower cost than what I ordered, and did NOT credit my account the difference. The 3 products I ordered are made in China!
