I placed a order in March of 2020 and all the items were listed as in stock, after a month of not receiving any items I began to call and the number was constantly busy for weeks and I also was sending emails and asked that my order be canceled because they were obviously not in stock. I spent an unbelievable amount of time trying to get a hold of someone and with sending multiple emails! Three plus months after I ordered I was sent these generic products that they apparently were trying to get made so they didn't have to refund all the money that was coming in due to the pandemic. It is now late November and I am still trying to get my money back and American Screening is treating me like I'm a criminal and they did nothing wrong. The products do not have expiration dates on them or do the give any information where they were manufactured besides saying in the USA which I highly doubt because you can see the bottle has Holly Water printed on them and they stuck their label over it and the wipes they sent me were not even for hands like I ordered they were for hard surfaces, when I looked them up on the internet the only place I could find that that sold that brand was China (where the pandemic started) or on ebay. They won't even say they did anything wrong and they didn't even credit back their customers on the price difference and said they sent comparable products. This is the absolutely worst company I have ever come across and they used the pandemic to rip off their costumers who sent them their hard earned money! It is illegal on what they did and I hope it comes to bite them in the butt!
We have been a constant customer for over a year and pleased to say that they have been very consistent in their deliveries and quality of the products they sell. Had a few delays especially during the early months of the pandemic but they were quick to follow up with the deliveries. Recommended!
This is the worst company that i have done business with in my entire life. They usually send send the wrong cups, when I say usually its 7 out of 10 times. The other times i was overcharged or never received the cups. I put up with it for as long as i could because the prices were cheap, not anymore. Mercedes Medical will be getting my business!

UNFORTUNATELY, NO ONE ANSWERED BACK TO ME. NONE AT ALL! VERY TERRIBLE AND FRAUD SERVICES! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE WITH THIS COMPANY! Great place for bulk purchases! I found some nice offers on their website, so I ordered 5 boxes of protective masks, sanitizers and face shields. Quick response to customers, friendly and helpful staff! Will be buying again.
Checked their site for blood pressure monitors and was pleasantly surprised with the variety devices they offered. Opted for the inexpensive type which cost me $25 and change. As if this was in stock and CS confirmed. Got the exact item 4 days after and in good condition.
Product ordered 4/5/20. Over the next few months, received multiple partial shipments with substitutions. Majority of product arrived 9/28/20.
Try using the "SPECIAL INQUIRY" email instructions described in response to other reviews. It actually got a quick response and an adequate resolution to my problem.

I was shopping for blood pressure monitors and they had a good selection of products and brands to choose from. It was also a good thing that they had better deals and prices which made it easier for me to make the purchase. Very impressed with their CSR and services.
They sent a very generic response asking for more facts, with no direct bearing on my situation and no solutions. They can easily read any of my previous emails. Won't they just be overloaded again if everyone they sent their email to actually responds!? I see no intention to correct anything.

Ordered Clorox gel sanitizer in a carton of multiple dispensers. They changed my order and sent a one gallon jug of no name' sanitizing gel for the same price. They do not answer the phones or respond to voice messages.
They are overcharging, substituting inferior items, and practice total avoidance.

This are purely scammer, took my order and charged credit card right away but never ship the order. Asked refund for many times but no any update. Stay away.
I purchased cleaning products in March 30th. They charged me right away and after several e-mails, calls nobody responded for 4 months. When I disputed the transaction with my credit card company and sent an e-mail saying that I didn't want the order anymore. They sent 1 of the 7 items on my order to have a tracking number to show the credit company and get the payment again. After that I called different times and have talked with the receptionist, customer service person and manager and they haven't resolved the issue. I wish I have seen all these reviews before I purchased from them.

This is the worst shopping experience I've ever had. Half my order never arrived and it took months before I could reach a real person. Every time I e-mailed I got canned responses. I left voice mail messages that were ignored and my calls were never returned. Finally, two months after my order, without contacting me to see if it was OK, they shipped me an unacceptable substitute. After numerous calls, I finally got someone to help me. I sent the unacceptable substitute back and more than two weeks later I still have no refund. When I call about the status, I get the run around from the operator, saying it could be another three weeks or more before I get my refund. I have never, ever had a refund take more than five weeks. Buyers beware!
I ordered hand sanitizer in April. They were finally delivered in June. In between that time frame I made repeated attempts to use their online "chat" to get an update and, eventually, ask for a refund. It was absolutely useless and nothing more that an automated way of gathering your contact information. Well, no one contacted me. Trying to call them numerous times was just as useless. After my 8th attempt, I finally got a live voice, but the female employee said she does not handle refunds and that she would have someone contact me. As she hurriedly ended our conversation, she chuckled and acknowledged MANY people are calling them trying to get refunds then hung up. Again, no return call. As many reviews have noted, they are quick to take your money but not so quick to deliver. Yes, I finally got my order, but their business practices are shady. Hey American Screening, how about you stop advertising products that you can't deliver?!?

Quick and responsive customer services. I was having difficulty locating non-contact thermometers four our security services. Got a hold of their site and immediately saw the large selection of medical supplies. Ordered a dozen non-contact thermometers, got a quote and asked for express shipping. Got the goods two days later, got these for a good price too. Stress-free ordering.
Answer: Go to the Better Business Bureau and the reviews will tell you ALL you need to know. I placed an order for hand sanitizer and Clorox wipes with this horrible, horrible company on March 13, which totaled a hefty $153.62, was then charged a ridiculous $197.62 for two day shipping on the $153.00 order. March 18th, I went on their website live chat (Joke) to cancel my order. When I tried to go on it again, the live chat was turned off. Sent two emails to cancel. Still nothing and I still haven't received my money or items as of April 12th. Received an email this morning saying they were shipping items and to track delivery click their link. Click the link and the link doesn't work because THEY SPELLED THEIR OWN NAME WRONG IN THE LINK. RUNAWAY from, as the link states, "American Screeing Inc".
Answer: Taking advantage of people during the worst of times. This company is absolutely a scam. If you have an issue and want to resolve it? Don't count on it. No one ever answers the phone, they do not return voice mail messages, no one is available to "chat" (I take that back; I was able to get through to a salesperson 1 time. He just lied to me and told me over and over that my order was scheduled to arrive the following week. That was 2 weeks ago. It still has not arrived.), and they do not respond to emails. This includes their Customer Service and Sales Departments. They are continually advertising all these new products available, yet they cannot fulfill the orders they still have open. Why would you advertise that you are selling 1-gallon bottles of hand sanitizer if you have got customers who have been waiting for 2 months to receive 2 8-oz bottles? I have requested a full refund but it stands to be seen that I will get that money back. Perhaps it's time for them to experience small claims court if they haven't already.

I received no return calls nor emails. They also substituted an inferior product at a much lower cost than what I ordered, and did NOT credit my account the difference. The 3 products I ordered are made in China!
