Placed a order, then about 2 -3 days later I got a email about canceling my order and if they didn't hear from me within 24 hours, they would cancel it themselves. We'll, not even 5 minutes later I get a email saying the order was canceled. First and last purchase from this guy.

The back up camera popped right into place and gives a good, clear rear view BUT it is only a camera...there are no guidelines anymore! I guess I should have purchased the back up "assist" camera replacement which costs over a hundred dollars more than this camera. I did the Chat to ask if the guidelines are supposed to show up wirh this camera or not and it told me to call the manufacturer of the part and gave me a phone number and sku number. The phone number is for Fred Bean Parts Warehouse. I called and was on hold forever before giving up and acceped the fact that for this camera costing under a hundred dollars, the guidelines are NOT going to be there. Lesson learned. Although, I am not super thrilled that I was just given a phone number and basically left to find out for myself. Yes, I could return it but it is now an open package. It's not worth the hassle to return. I will use it for now and maybe Santa will bring me the more expensive part that I really need.
I had to replace an item broken during shipping. I paid the $4.00 for easy replacement if the item is damaged. I am glad I did because the item will be shipped, before I return the damage product. People were easy to work with.
My first item I ordered the incorrect part. It came in a wonderful package. My return experience was fantastic, the people were very help full. I reordered the correct part with them, but the new item was not package as well for shipping. The box look like a bull played with it. The item WAS NOT damage at all. I am very pleased with American Muscle and will be purchasing more items from them.
