Gold customer, had issues with the bama tune but there was a quick turn around once I requested help from AM. One thing I can suggest if possible to AM, is if there's a way when you order these tuners to make the tune request email show up in people regular mail box instead of the filtered promotions folder in email. This caused me to miss it for a week until the order arrived and I couldn't understand why my tunes weren't there. Obviously user error on my end, but if there's a way you guys can mark the tune request emails to not get filtered, it would be helpful! All in all happy with the purchase, item and quick turn around once I requested support.
All items arrived within a week of ordering! I was able to order brakes, side skirts, and a reverse light for my mustang and they all came in great shape!

Fast shipping, rims were packaged well. The thing that confused me a little was I order them all Wednesday afternoon and got one Friday the other 3 came on Saturday morning. Little odd but other than that satisfied. Can't wait to get them on the car in the spring!

Orders are usually double boxed. This Pypes Performance Exhaust was in the product box and looked like it was a return item that had been dumped into the sloppily retaped box without the proper packing inserts. The Performance Exhaust was banging around and loose with distinct metal on metal clanging that couldn't have been missed when prepped for shipping. Very disappointed.I have frequently bought my son gifts from this website without a hitch, but this was completely subpar. Epic fail on restocking and reissuing products without quality control assurances. I would like to return for suitable replacement.

You should get an email link requesting photos of what you did receive then after the photos are uploaded you will get your return label and QR code that you can print or scan with fed ex.
