The part in question was labled in a way that I thought was being subjected to something new and it started me thinking that I may of inadvertently bought something I should of not, even as I knew I was right in my prior knowledge. I'm sure the question/answer chat was laughable, but in this world anymore if you are unsure, it never hurts to ask, my concerns were justified and answered as was the dealer that I bought the car from and he even said he knew where I was in my thinking and agreed with my assessment. So the Chat went very well as always and my trust in AM remains the same - very positive.
Ordered some parts for my mustang (gas tank cover & side mirrors) got absolute junk. Ordered side view mirror covers that cost $179 an got cheap plastic and 3M tape. The mirrors state they have turn signal openings, yeah they don't. WTF! Gas tank cover for $75 same thing a cheap circle and 3M tape. What a load of garbage and I will never use this company to purchase anything again. Absolutely pathetic. I was very excited to make some changes to my cars look and now I'm just disappointed…
My experience is always great with you guys, I find everything I need for my mustang gt plus there's always options to pick from.
I've been looking around online and found American muscle. Com. They had everything I needed and more for my challenger. Plus it was at a good price.
The website is great. Buying stuff is easy and navigation is simple. There is one thing that just drives me nuts and that's all the emails. There are just so many! Not only that but also misleading emails too! I received a email titled "About your last order…" and all it ended up being was more marketing. There have been two or three emails a day marketing items to me! I would like to unsubscribe from the marketing stuff while leaving order updates and sweepstakes updates, but no. It's all or nothing. Please please please fix all the email crap and allow us to select the emails we want to receive.

Well I have to say this place has good quality stuff. American muscle takes pride in there packing and shipping weather its small and inexpensive or large and expensive. I myself will keep ordering parts when needed. I'm also very impressed with the tracking american muscle has set up. It's spot on accurate. Keep up the good work guys!
They had the special logo SRT8 car mats for my 2009 Challenger SRT8. This will complement the SRT8 theme that is throughout the car. Website was user friendly and enjoyed the first responder discount too.
When it comes to upgrading your mustang, no one can beat American Muscle prices. I have been ordering parts from the company for many years. American Muscle always so love when it comes to veterans.
Buying was no different than any other site. I was upset that my military discount would not apply to my current purchase and needed to be applied to future purchase but only good for 90 days. Kind of BS, if you ask me. The site says my order won't even be processed to ship for a week and then will take another week to arrive ( at most)
So with that in mind, I guess it's not my favorite buying experience.
Probably won't shop here again.

Oil dipstick handle broke on my 2010 Challenger. Dodge does not sell just the handle only as a part, and the complete dipstick is B/O with no estimate for availability! American Muscle saved the day and shipped a dipstick handle the same day as I ordered it - a Friday afternoon. I received the handle on Sunday! It was a very easy repair. I could not be more satisfied with the great service and communication, plus the aluminum dipstick handle looks great. My local Dodge parts manager said the dipstick handles are prone to break from age where the rubber o-ring is seated, and I highly recommend this upgrade for any owners of an 08-23 Challenger 5.7L. When you lose the dipstick inside the tube, you are definitely in a situation.
As always, AM was on point throughout my most recent orders. There have been several, but the materials have all been shipped when they indicated and arrived as expected. Great experience every time!
My return was handled extremely fast and hassle free, after one phone call and one e-mail we were both on the same page, very satisfied with their professionalism.

I've bought many MANY things from American Muscle, and they have all been good and I have never had a complaint that was their fault. There's always a tech to help you with anything and their services are quick. Countless times I've gotten packages before their delivery date, and their tuning department was also very fast. If I ever build another car supported by American Muscle, I'm coming back 100%.
Site is very easy to navigate, found what I wanted pretty fast. Parts also have good description for what to expect improvement wise.

Very complicated to me, probably spend2/ 3,000./mo. Amazon's, Harbor Frt, etc.

I made a phone call looking for some door handle hardware to attach my door handle to my door. The young guy helping me went over and beyond to help me get what I needed. Unfortunately they didn't have what I needed but he tried nonetheless to see if he could help in any way.
I purchased a strut tower brace for my 2007 Mustang GT/CS convertible. Easy installation and improved ride and handling. I realized that a rear shock tower brace would likely provide even more improvement. We'll find out in a few days...
I've had only 1 negative experience with American Muscle when they sent me vinyl stripes that had been sitting in a warehouse for far too long. Had massive creases and bends and would not stick. Only got half my money back since the only way to see how bad the stripes were, was when they were put on the car. Ended up having to replave those stripes and purchase them from another sellerd. Recently bout 2 K&N CAI which were terrible quality. K&N was at fault and AM helped me return the items for full refund and was able to get a very nice JLT CAI. Will shop here for a long time.

In reviewing our product pages on the page for the Gas Door Cover, Forged Carbon Fiber you ordered, it is noted on our site that you would use the double sided tape that is included to install this item on your Mustang. For the Side View Mirror Covers with Turn Signal Openings, we do apologize we did not have it listed that this would be installed using double sided tape. We are in the process of having this information added to the product page.
