I made a phone call looking for some door handle hardware to attach my door handle to my door. The young guy helping me went over and beyond to help me get what I needed. Unfortunately they didn't have what I needed but he tried nonetheless to see if he could help in any way.
I purchased a strut tower brace for my 2007 Mustang GT/CS convertible. Easy installation and improved ride and handling. I realized that a rear shock tower brace would likely provide even more improvement. We'll find out in a few days...
I've had only 1 negative experience with American Muscle when they sent me vinyl stripes that had been sitting in a warehouse for far too long. Had massive creases and bends and would not stick. Only got half my money back since the only way to see how bad the stripes were, was when they were put on the car. Ended up having to replave those stripes and purchase them from another sellerd. Recently bout 2 K&N CAI which were terrible quality. K&N was at fault and AM helped me return the items for full refund and was able to get a very nice JLT CAI. Will shop here for a long time.
My experience has always been excellent, with no problems and very good quality products. The part is exact and fits perfectly in my 2008 Ford Mustang GT.

Website has some issues, thankfully there're sales techs on standby to help. If the website was good however, they wouldn't be needed in the first place. It took that much longer to get what i need.

We had a horrible experience with the over the phone sales rep however the team here at the Lenexa plant is amazing. They are very knowledgeable, have great people/communication skills and always find time to help even when they are very busy.
Overall good experience, had the parts I need ed in stock and at a reasonable price. Have a 2006 V6 Mustang, other sites have the parts listed, for example the front lower control arms, but don't have them in stock. American Muscle did and had the price just a few dollars less then the others. Will definitely keep buying parts from them.
I placed my order December 27 2025 after I placed my order i got a text telling me 2 of my rims of the 4 I order was out of stock that it would not be shipped to me on my date i was given, that it would be sent to me on January 20 2026, but then two days later I was told that the rims was back in stock and if I ordered them I could have them in 3 days, but I had already put in my order so I called to see if you was going to be able to get them to me in the 3 days and was told no I had to wait till the date I was told on my text you sent me, and I still am waiting on them rims there supposed to be here Monday January 12 /2026, so I had to wait 16 days for my rims that your company text to me and said I could have by January 03/ 2026 if I would buy them on the 31 of Dec 2025, and i got that text every 2 or 3 day saying I could have them in 3 days if I ordered them again,

I own a 2022 Mustang GT with the performance package. This splitter doesn't work with the OEM air diverter panel on the undercarriage. The website says the splitter works with the car and it does fit but it does not allow the other parts to fit back onto the underside of the car.

Found an affordable part I was looking for and ordered it late at night. Shipped almost immediately the next day and just waiting on FedEx to deliver.
