I ordered three products a few days ago and they showed up today. I got the lights and the new antenna installed quickly. I have two New Edge Mustangs, and I have switched the taillights on both of them now. I really like the looks of the taillights and the sequential blinkers.
I ordered a few items, but the Raxiom smoked taillight was the main item and I am very impressed with the quality and ease of installation. Most of the order was received within two days.
I ordered red spark plug wires, and received blue wires instead. No invoice in the box. Contacted their customer service day of delivery, still no response as of today's date,12/29/24.
This has made all the difference. Highly recommended! It tightens up the gates, feels like a real car now!

I order a clutch and throw out bearing to finish my coyote swap project just in time before I have to leave for 6 months with my job. With American muscle sending me brake shoes instead of what I ordered the car will not be done for a much longer time period. I was only given a $20 voucher for their huge mistake.

I paid extra for 2 day shipping and my package now is getting here 3 days after the expected arrival time. If you allow for a 2 day shipping policy it should get there in 2 days not 5-6 days i want a refund for my extra shipping cost

It has become almost an obsession to buy something from the American Muscle website. As a 35 year Master Certified auto technician, I find the website to be very informative and there is almost a video for nearly every product. American Muscle is a one stop shop for my mustang. I am happy that AM exists and glad to be a customer.
I've only installed a few parts so far but so far every box that I've opened parts have been in superior condition and was definitely worth the money
I attempted to purchase an e-gift card through the website and immediately ran into issues. After using PayPal, I received an email stating my payment didn't pass their processing system and my purchase was cancelled. I called for assistance and tried again with a different payment method, only to have the transaction cancelled again.
When I called for help, I was transferred back and forth between Customer Service and the Sales Department for about 20 minutes. While the sales representative was polite, the Customer Service team was rude and unhelpful.
After two failed attempts, I gave up and had a family member, who lives across the country, try using their own name, email, and payment method. Despite this, their purchase was also cancelled three times.
It's clear that A.M needs to update their website and payment processing system. It shouldn't be this difficult to purchase something as simple as an e-gift card.
