When i ordered my tuner it said I would receive it by 1/6 however I didn't receive it until 1/11!
Looks great and very easy to install. Bigigist problem was getting the red strip off the 3m tape.
I paid $20.00 extra for 3 day shipping, to arrive by today. The delivery is now scheduled for tomorrow. When I spoke with a representative, I was told that means 3 days from the date of warehouse pickup. This is very misleading and had I known this, I would've ordered from Tire Rack, but I needed the faster delivery I paid for.

Received an e mail from AM it is now ready, made my order with payment only received an e mail from A M that it is out of stock.What is going on with AM, I would like to have the parts that made payment only received. I wanted to make sure I did as much as I could to fix this. First, I refunded you the cost of the 1 day shipping. Secondly, I started a Lost Package claim. Our special Lost & Damage team will be following up to make sure it gets delivered ASAP. If UPS cannot locate the package we'll ship out a new one with 1 day shipping (free), or if you would rather a refund we can process that too.

Kit was missing part; however, seller was extremely responsive with appropriate remedy. Would use this supplier again.
Bought a bumper listed at 350 bucks ended up paying 550 for the shipment fee got everything processed and paid for just to receive a call saying I have to pay 150 dollars more in order to receive the bumper. Then prior to this ordered a splitter that said it will fit my vehicle and didn't.
