I used to order from AM frequently, then all of a sudden they wanted me to give personal information over the phone to verify my identity. Not sure what that was about, but stopped using them for a while. Hope this is not a current thing

While AM does have a good variety of parts it doesn't have everything. They keep fairly competitive pricing for their products but some can be you get what you paid for type of products and some seem like they didn't even have a quality control. With that being said AM has given me partial refunds or full a few different times over the years and have typically made it right and everyone happy by the end of the day. Pay no attention to date of "experience"
