My experience is poor. I ordered a Jeep grill insert for a birthday present. On the website when ordering it says 3-10 days. Yet when I look up my order it say 4/5/2022 which is past that time. Had I known this I would not have ordered. I reached out via chat on site and was told my agent that it is shipping right from manufacturer and is out of stock. No where did it say this on website when ordering not have a received an email about it. Agent says yeah website is not updated. Well that is not good customer service at all. Very disappointed.

Ordered 4 products from the company one was open Box discount clutch Conveniently that 1 item found its way out of the order and is a lost package when they were ordered all at the same time Take scam to purchase stuff, Conveniently the 3 other items happened to find their way to my doorstep just the open Box discounted item happened to fall out and nobody noticed It's for 2 days shipping on the 6th day when the other 3 items arrived I called to find out why it was missing one and they told me thatold me that possibly it was lost by UPS But UPS says it was never received from the shipper so they lie to your face then I then I told her that I want a clutch set to me not a refund they refused and told me they have no clutches which is alive because I am currently on the website and there are dozens of them in stock They are a disgraceThe car enthusiast world I will never purchase a product from them again And beware if you do your package might just get up and run away with no explanation

I have been shopping at American Muscle for several months now every product that I have ordered fits perfectly and looks excellent. I will definitely recommend this company if you're trying to jazz up your car. Also the customer service and assistance is excellent. Product is always on time.
When you have entered your car year, make, model, etc. and then search for parts on the AM website,,, you will get parts listed that are NOT for your car along with the ones that are, all mixed together. YOU must pay close attention to the fine print that says NOTHING about which car the wrong parts are for. You CANNOT assume that just because you searched for parts for your car, that they will recommend actual parts for your car. Their response is - "you should have checked." BTW, you get to eat the wrong part because you did not double check THEM.
I purchased a hood scoop a couple years ago, I drilled 4 holes in my hood to mount it as the instructions said. Well going down the highway it failed in one corner, and almost flew off because the product failed. Dont by there junk they don't stand behind what they sell, very dissatisfied.
How it's it i can spend over 350+ and y'all manger to $#*! up both of my order starting with not giving me any bolts to fit my cool intake and second me clicking on a full diffuser set just to get home to fins that loo like $#*!, thank god I'm constantly working on dodges or I would've had to wait a week plus for your employees negligence, all I'm saying actually look at what your sending out and make sure it actually matches

Can't ship the correct order and once the items get to you, they're either the wrong items or the website misrepresented the item. I honestly think this is a SCAM COMPANY. Oh yeah, have fun trying to return your items and actually get credit for them.
I bought headlights from American muscle almost a year ago today I noticed the headlights have a thin film peeling off them and also they now have water in the headlights very disappointed

Purchased a Strut Tower Brace, Paid for 2-3 day shipping, received it in 10 days. Blamed it on COVID 19. Received it damaged. Right side was bent upward at a 45 degree angle. Initially did not want to provide refund/replacement. After going "Karen" on their customer service representative. Agreed to replace. Sent back, awaiting a replacement. Last time dealing with this company. Do yourself a favor, save yourself the aggravation, shop elsewhere.
I'm not sure what the reason for change is with this company. It was super fast processing of orders, shipping, and good customer service. Now, they ship everything with FedEx SmartPost which is the absolute worst, and lie about the shipping time and type. The boxes come looking like they were ran over, beaten to death, and damaged like the actual item. The items are being shipped used or returned, not NEW. The customer service now is the absolute WORST. The CS reps have no idea what they are doing, don't care about the customers or their poor experiences with shipping, ordering, refunds, or that their shipping vendor destroys customer items and lies about delivering items. BUYER BEWARE. And good luck ever getting a refund for their used & destroyed garbage. You can email, chat, and call all you like but they just keep putting you into an infinite loop of saying they will refund your money but NEVER do.
Promo codes is a gimmick it shows save x amount on your order after making purchase it sends a message saying it can be applied to next purchase of 300.00 or more just a way to make you continue buying their products shipping time is horrible customer service is a joke I will not be doing anymore shoping from them now looking at their 2 star reviews its no wonder I now see why they ar not 5 star they simply suck check out lmr.com for your online purchases they are fair on price customer service is great and you'll always receive your order in a timely manner
Ordered an intake from them. First one was roush and came broken in a dozen different pieces, I sent it back. Second one was incomplete as in there were partially drilled holes for the sensor and grommet. I sent it back. Third one didn't even have piping in the box. Was just a filter and air box. All throughout customer service would apologize and offer to send a new one. No offer for a discount, no items offered in addition as recompense. I wrote a negative review on their site which they promptly deleted and sent their quality control an email which they promptly ignored. Do yourself a favor and listen to the other reviews DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Do not ever use this $#*! hole of a company! They are dishonest and their customer service... $#*!! What customer service!? They sent me a box of used parts that they advertised as "like new"( throttle body, air intake, and screws) it also included a Ford performance programmer with no codes included and dented. Check the pictures below. I also found an RMA code in the box where someone returned these items as defective. Then I had to wait two days to get a response out of them, because they wouldn't return my call immediately. So now my money is tied up with these jerk offs! Stay far away from this company... I'd rather use a company that values their good customers and is honest. American Muscle can $#*! off!
