Web sight stated item was in stock and ready to ship, ordered several other parts to complete my mod. Received an email that the other parts had shipped, however the main part would not ship for 45 days. Really, having known that I wouldn't have ordered everything.
My past few orders, the website will say order by today by this time and you'll receive it by this date... i dont think that has held true once recently. Ordered an item today around noon... it didnt even ship out today. Kinda frustrating

Ordered 571.00 of brake parts which is shipped in pieces- told it would be delivered by Monday the 4th- so I set up an installation appointment for the 7th and I won't receive my front rotors until the 7th which I have to cancel my installation appointment and reschedule. Really don't know why all the parts get sent separately

Email address was not correct in the system and she was able to help me with trying a couple of solutions to be sure the gift card was delivered.
Have been notified multiple times about this item that I wanted to order. Every time I went to order was told out of stock for 10-12 weeks. Why continually notify me when you know it's out of stock. Maybe this time order will actually go through. Waiting to see...

My first order was delivered as scheduled, at least 4 out of 5 boxes, the 5th box is somewhere on a FedEx truck that was suppose to be here 1 hour ago, I have an appointment to have my rim's installed at 8:00 A.M. on 4/6/2022 but if the 5th box does not make it tonight that appointment is a bust. It has nothing to do with American Muscle But with FedEx.
Tried to cancel after only 15 minutes placing order and said I couldn't because set up for shipping. And did not receive a cancellation email as promised with instructions how to return item... I can understand if it was more than an hour after placing the order but 15 minutes?

When i had a shipping issue it was taken care of and even made right by giving me a $15 gift card. Great for any mustang owner.
Very good site, easy to find things I got the things that I started to look for. But I will be back.
When I ordered BMR products from the AM website,,, one part of it said that the items were sold as pairs however, another section showing the same part as being sold as "each". AM needs to hire a professional team of experts to redesign their website to make things more understandable. There any many issues with the site. I still however, like to spend my money there!

Answer: I have never found it hard to contact AM. Simply called the costumer service line and within minutes was talking with a rep and resolving any issue I had.
Answer: From my experience, I would expect a lot of support. Someone left out the SUPPORT from customer support.
