Customer service representatives are super! I had an issue with improper parts in a rocker kit. Not once, but TWICE! Customer service addressed the problem and promptly issued an RGA. Unfortunately, the rocker kit was ultimately purchased elsewhere. But this Customer service team knocked it out of the park!
Bought the replacement headlight housings for our Mustang as well as the sequential lighting harness so that our 2003 taillights will now be sequential like modern 'Stangs.

The service was good over all. I made the mistake of making the order only to realize that I had the wrong address for shipping. I tried to get it changed but they were unable to do so. I don't blame them it was my mistake that I failed to check where it was going.
Everything from finding parts, knowing which parts are for my car and the checkout was easy. Also videos showing the products, their features and installation, and customer photos are very helpful.
The prices are competitive and the shipping times are amazing would recommend for anyone buying *new* parts.

The delivery of Item #: *******, has been nothing short of the worse delivery experience I've had with American Muscle. The scheduled delivery date Of 4/12/22; was pushed back to 4/14/22 and then yet again to 4/18/22. I even contacted American Muscle via email and got a response, stating Only we received you email.

Answer: I have never found it hard to contact AM. Simply called the costumer service line and within minutes was talking with a rep and resolving any issue I had.
Answer: From my experience, I would expect a lot of support. Someone left out the SUPPORT from customer support.
