The header gaskets arrived on schedule but were not properly packed and the gaskets themselves were slightly bent. We unpacked and checked for cresses and luckily none are percieveble.

I've been ordering from american muscle every since i've gotten my 2003 ford mustang V6 and it's been the best thing due to american muscle providing excellent service and delivery time.

Purchased a bbk clutch quadrant and clutch cable a year ago. Installed it in vehicle clutch cable ended up stretching and bird caging on the firewall. American Muscle has sent me 4 replacements. All 4 stretched and bird caged. It has been absolutely ridiculous on how they have handled it. Also spoke to bbk today and they said they haven't heard of one clutch cable breaking. So both bbk and American Muscle is both telling me it's my problem.

The SCT X4 was easy to purchase, shipped lightning fast too. However, and this was proven but a subsequent purchase a couple days later with some shocks. The SCT was in a plastic bag sized for it wit a plastic bag sized appropriately, or at least it was supposed to be. It was loose in the box flopping around. At the time I thought we'll that's a one off situation. A couple of days later my Bilstein shocks showed up, shipped in just the thin box the manufacture packaged them in with both ends blown out of the box. I haven't looked to see if everything is there yet, I'm sure AM will take care of me if not.
Also, my promo code coupon did not come via email for my next order. CS confirmed I have it but I'll have to call in when I place my order. Far less than convenient and if I have to place the order over the phone, I'm far less likely to purchase more items impromptu.

I bought a flowamster flow fix cat back system for my 2021 challenger wide body.
The first time I set up and imponent with my mechanic take the system there and found out that I got the wrong quad tips… I was so disappointed then I call customer service set up a return and put a note that make sure ccheck the product before is sensed to my adress. Couple days pass by and gues what I got the wrong item item again…. I call customer service again they promise me that this time I was going to get the right item. I today I got a email saying that my item was delivery I was so exiting finish work early so I can see the item and guess what I got the wrong item and missing item also for the 3 time at this point I am really disappointed with the service from American muscle I will never going to buy something again from this Companny… i this point I just ask for my refund. I call customer service and they make fun of me like is my fault.

Easy and helpful description of everything and great shopping experience overall. Got the replacement radiator since the previous one was damaged during shipping, but the new one was packed even better than the first one and got shipped very fast, very happy with the experience and help from AM.
