These people are not trustworthy, I received incomplete parts in my shipment and the customer service rep on the phone that sounded like she was jacked up on caffeine kept insisting it was correct based off of the tracking information! Long story short after they said they would send me return postage that took four weeks to arrive via e-mail after my first call to customer service! I ended up paying $130.00 dollars for the return postage in order to get a refund for something that I was not at fault for! I hope the CEO or General Manager reads this because this is so unfair, I will never do business with these people again!
