Everything I purchased was as described; I am satisfied with the quality and fit of the items and the prompt shipping and delivery. (The only thing I might suggest is to pack purchased items together better so multiple--and OVERsized--boxes aren't necessary.)

American muscle sent me a faulty 2 step from their failure to test their products before sending it out. Gave me a misfire and made my car run really bad. Contacted them and they could care less finally I get a call from the manager she she says she will pay the shop fee and refund the 2 step. (Only this one time) well they have the two step back and the shop invoice she requested and still not a refund for either. About to be done with this company for good. Spend way too much money to be lied to and treated that way.
I received my package on time and before I had time to install it. It was kind of high priced but I need a little more fire under the hood. I am very satisfied with my order, can't wait to get it installed.

I called and informed a csr that I was missing hardware including the L bracket and she said we will send another. I got it today and still no L bracket or the bolt for the bottom heat shield insert. Can't understand the problem, I won't be buying again
The lights I ordered are what I wanted but one does not work. It's no big deal. I ordered another pack cause I like having a back up. But it's disappointing because the one that works is exactly what I wanted. Hopefully the new pack will both work.

Decent selection on products. Lug nuts came all thrown into a small box. It had a foam insert to put them into but that wasn't done, just thrown into the box.

The install video was so not detailed and took me forever to figure out and researching which wire i needed to tap into. All in all the lights r great when i figured out for myself how to install them but yes just install video and everything like that sucked.
