Bought some Koni shocks back in 2021. One was faulty after one week of installation. Got a new one, sent back in the old one. Fast forward to 2023 I order a new 200amp alternator. Order was canceled out of the blue. According to customer service my account is on hold until I give a tracking number or pay $154 for a FAULTY SHOCK. The part was sent in over 2 yrs ago never once received notice it wasn't received. Now I have to wait 4-5 days until my money is put back into my account. Leaving me without a car for atleast 2 weeks until another alternator comes in. You've lost a 5+yr customer over a faulty part. Was told nothing else can be done to fix this situation.
Great product looks great drivers side is a bit misshaped/warped so doesn't fit as well as drivers side but otherwise look great
Wasn't packed very well. Box on one side was ripped from top to bottom and had part sticking out of box slightly damaged.
