I bought from other places but American muscle is the best by far. I get parts for less with my veterans discount and all the other discounts and store credit I get from my purchases. Everything fits perfect!
I ordered a SCT tuner Monday. I called Tuesday with a couple questions. The man I talked to was not good at all, Made me feel very stupid. He called 7 timed, left a message, complained about how he works 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week. I asked him to stop calling after the first time he called me back 7 times. I intend on sending the tuner back without installing it. I will get it from another business. Also, my race buddies will be interested in this experience.
I made the mistake of buying just a 2door when I was supposed to to get the 4door which wasn't that much more so I emailed them right away as soon as I ordered them, but still haven't heard from them been a couple days. I'm sure they'll just send the 2 because they want me to spend more that way. Anyway I was just hoping they'd help me out since I made a mistake, I guess will see

Window mount ordered has piece missing so it's useless, call American muscle they say gotta call act for tuner issues. Well then why sell product if can't make it right. First time customer and at this point last time too. My car had been down since 4/2/26 still not resolved. Have updated have charged car battery all the bs and still no go!

Called AM this morning and talked with Nick M. Told him the tires I had and type of wheels looking for. He matched me up with the hottest rims for our Stang. Great customer service and order was placed. Great that it was in my budget too!
I've purchased parts off their website and then once I receive them from shipping they were completely different from the pictures and the post what the product was supposed to be and instead of giving me what I paid for it they tried to give me some slap deal that made no sense just to make out what they wanted to

The amount of parts that fit each specific mustang is amazing. Very good prices and the videos on how to install each item is perfect. Great shipping and the VIP rewards are great.

The overall feel and interface of the website is appealing and easy to navigate.
I have two improvements that I think would make everything perfect:
1) have the "COUPON" be a link where you can see what the savings are or show what the discount actually is for the coupon. I see it above many parts but confused on what the savings are or if you have to copy a code or something like that.
2) have a FAQ or section that shows what others have asked about the part and where you can type in a question or provide feedback to other people's questions.
I had a bad experience onceā¦. I had ordered an alternator from you all but it never showed up. Bummer. But that's just one negative experience. No biggie. I've I ordered other products and they all arrived with no issues. I will continue to purchase from A.M. they're awesome. Thanks ladies and gentlemen.

Ordered a Paxton 2200sl kit with dw400 fuel pump and dw 1000cc injectors for my 2013 mustang gt. Fuel pump arrived and was for 05/10 mustangs and thought it would be a headache to return. American muscle customer service staff are awesome and walked me through the process to get it corrected, new pump was sent out quick and arrived a few days later! Definitely a good company and will continue to purchase from them!
