Came on the day I expected with no issues, and fit my car as advertised.

Came 2 days ahead of schedule. Item looks great. Have not installed the coil over kit yet but can't wait to get it on my fox.

My experience is always good when I find what exactly need,plus somethings come in clutch when you need them to and delivered in a reasonable time

The catelogue is specific to our car and easy to order from. Online ordering is easy and delivery was very timely.

As the title states, I had a good experience with this company. I ordered a spare tire kit for my car, and it arrived within a couple of days after ordering online. I think it was priced fairly. I've seen some of these kits slightly cheaper elsewhere, but I wouldn't trust the quality of their products. What I received will definitely have me considering to order from them in the future. Found several parts required by our family "Mustang Guy" foe his upgrades. Going to be Christman presents.

I received a notification from AM that my order was shipped with a tracking number attached.
So I looked up my tracking number to look at the estimated delivery date only to read that the tracking number was canceled.
I then emailed an AM csr but no response was sent within a 48 hour timeframe so I called and spoke to a representative only to be told the what I already knew that it had been cancelled however I did receive an explanation when asked "WHY" was it cancelled only to get the response of I'm not sure. Certainly not the response anyone wants to hear especially before I placed my order I always check the items availability which showed in stock.
I asked that my order be cancelled because I needed this item quickly especially with no one knowing why it was cancelled. I was told they would contact me back after contacting the supplier. So I was contacted with more confusion b/c the supplier had no answer as to why or if the item was back ordered but I was also told the order couldn't be cancelled or a refund to me because of no one having any idea of where or what was going on with my order.
After getting NO where with the status of my order of it being shipped or lost in space I placed an order with a different supplier.
If this wasn't bad enough I received a notice that my order had been delivered this being the day after speaking with an AM rep. I checked when arriving home with NO package in sight! I looked at the calendar to see if it was April fools day or ground hog day but that wasn't the case. I was then sent a picture showing the package at a front door however it wasn't my house so now I have to go through the carrier performing an investigation. Totally Ridiculous that I have to go through this I mean really.
Last time I'll ever purchase anything from AM!

Overall everything was smooth and I got updates on everything including where the package was and when it would arrive

Item was a Christmas Gift for my son. It was showing in stock when I ordered and the I was notified it was out of stock. Item showed up a short while later. AM was very communicative and helpful.

Package was received damaged but it's a Christmas gift so it hasn't been opened yet. Hopefully everything is there and undamaged.
