The purchase of the roush front splitter for mt gt mustang was all very good and feed back was great, the only negative point was that when opening the box all the bolts for attachment were not in their bag but loose in that very big box and not sure if I now have all of them.
Let me start with I have thousands dollars for cars that I've customized for people also we attend alot of car show and they ask me where I get my parts? I always say American Muscle but, I had 750.00 in my basket when I ran in to Robert for a part they I tried every way possible to install! Called him sent pictures he just quit answering me. That's not the end then I sent parts back because they didn't fit and they changed me 83.00 plus shipping for return. I promise you I will never tell anyone about this company again and when I go to car show if anyone ask I will tell them about my experience! It's to bad because I have customized several cars but will definitely find another place now! We just had a car show that had over 400 car's and I will tell everyone! The owner should be more involved!

Bought a RTR decklid panel for $230 and it majorly scratched upon first cleaning. Customer service refused to be helpful. This product requires cutting into trunk and now I have a damaged trunk that looks horrible. They offered a refund of $56 or store credit of $115. Not sure but I would expect a full refund from something completely defective especially when it involves something that required modification to the vehicle. Will NEVER take my business here again.

Answer: I have never found it hard to contact AM. Simply called the costumer service line and within minutes was talking with a rep and resolving any issue I had.
Answer: From my experience, I would expect a lot of support. Someone left out the SUPPORT from customer support.
