Bought suspension parts that failed in less than 2 years. Emailed to get replacements which I finally did after pictures and shop documentation saying they were bad. I've had replacement parts less than 2 months with 3 holidays and bad weather in that time so haven't got shop to get them put on but have been told by customer service that my account will be blocked and I needed to call and pay for the replacement parts. Rina Lising and Tyler Lehr need to take some classes in customer service with communication, professionalism, and conflict resolution. Harassment over broken parts that you sell is a great way to run a business in the ground.
I love shopping here. Great prices, good stuff. I watch other places but with free shipping on most everything, its hard to beat.
American muscle offers pre painted parts. In their description they say they have them in stock. Not true, your weight over 30 days. They also state that they paint them themselves in their ad. That's also not true, they sub them out. They shouldn't advertise their in stock when they're not.

I ordered spark plug wiring and sleeves. BOTH in stock. I got the sleeves within days. Happy about that. The wires were to be sent 12/28-1/2. I was ok with that…. On the 1/1, it showed 1/29-1/31. Not happy… but I'll wait… when I looked today 2/12-2/16. They keep pushing back the other and say it's out of stock…. Very bad business. Canceled my order

Prices were very good and shipping was fast! Will definitely purchase from this company again.
Very unsatisfactory service with entire experience. Did not know about military service discount until after placing the order. American Muscle refused to provide discount retroactive even in the form as store credit. Customer service took a long time with me on hold just to turn down my request. Could not even return items.

When I contacted you both via chat and phone, there were no problems, but you need to place a new order. Did this, the new order was also cancelled.

After you purchase an open box item, if you don't get it or for some reason it's not sent. THEY WILL ONLY GIVE YOU STORE CREDIT. I could understand if I got it and returned it. But I never received it.

Great as described and fast shipping. Look like what was pictured online. One small mishap the nuts shipped separate.
I recommend you have it installed at a good shop. The fitment wasn't perfect. They had to bend the steel a little bit in order for it to align perfectly along the exhaust tips. Great materials though, same materials used in $1000+ exhausts. GREAT sound, probably the best sounding exhaust for the price. And it does add a little power. Makes the car funner to drive.

Selection…great, shipping…great, product quality…okay- past products have been excellent…this time was bad. More of a manufacturing gap, but AM is my contact point. Returning…not so great. I like the digital interface, but the tech behind it is frustrating. Site doesn't keep info stored if your screen times out. Shipping label link doesn't work. We will see if I get a refund.

Answer: I have never found it hard to contact AM. Simply called the costumer service line and within minutes was talking with a rep and resolving any issue I had.
Answer: From my experience, I would expect a lot of support. Someone left out the SUPPORT from customer support.
