This is my second large order from AmericanMuscle, it was shipped quickly and safely! The product was some LED daytime running lights for my Dodge Charger; I haven't had the chance to install them yet, but they are in great condition and didn't appear to have any defects.
Delivery arrived when expected. Instruction were included and support for tune was timely as well.
I get all my mustang upgrades and accessories here and have been for over 4 years.

Came perfectly fine no damage or problems with the pipe or box. Sounded amazing perfect tone on cold start and when you put the pedal down.
Mounted this on a 2017 GT350 in place of OE one. Didnt quit match the contour of truck lid. Plus it didnt quit match OE hole location, which it said it would. OE one had studs on spoiler to go through holes and put nuts on. This one came with tapped holes in spoiler and screws to go through holes into it. Normally not a big deal, but when you have double sided tape in it, once you set it on truck, cant slide it around much. So it takes two people to do it, and you have to do it with truck open to get screws started. Where with studs you can put it on with truck closed, than open to start nuts. Plus, the double sided tape supplied was cheap stuff. Once it was bolted on, still didnt fit contour of truck lid like OE one did. Other than that it does look good.
Have order a few parts and have never had a problem with American muscles very happy with their products

The plugs were shipped in a bubble wrap bag and they were loose inside the bag. 3 out of the 8 had come out of their boxes but thankfully still had the cardboard protector on the electrodes so none of them were damaged

I feel that you need to ship small purchases to PO Boxes. It would save your customer effort to receive their purchases.
Very simple to make my order and shipping was right on time.
Placed an order online with no issue at first, I got a text and app notification from my bank that the charge went through with no problem. An hour later they canceled my order because apparently my card wasn't successfully authorized, and they tried to contact me about it but they DIDNT at all not a email or call or text. I called my bank and they said there was no problem on their end, so they lied and said there was an issue with my card. Never received a refund, had to dispute the charge with my bank. DO NOT ORDER HERE. Apparently my card with over $17,000 available can't be authorized yet somehow magically my card WAS charged and never refunded.
