I have ordered several parts from AM now for my 2021 challenger Scat Pack, all arrived in great condition and very quickly. Only once did I place an order for a back ordered part, and the communication until it arrived was top notch. Highly recommended.

Any time I have to order parts, it's always a successful interaction. If I have any questions concerning anything, customer service is there for me ASAP and they are very helpful and polite.
Order was placed, funds approved and still for some reason in their system my order was cancelled. Customer service said my bank refused to pay funds and they never received them, my bank said they did and couldn't and wouldn't see the funds back in my account until American Muscle returned them. But we can help you reorder your purchases? Yea when you give me back my money.

Rear upper control arm shipped and received, but the poly bushing purchased at the same time has only had the label created. IMO they should've both been shipped at the same time. Time is of the essence for this repair, now I'm without the car for probably at least another week.

I apologize that the BMR Differential Bushing Kit arrived later than the C&L Non-Adjustable Rear Upper Control Arms. I see that both of these items shipped directly from the same warehouse, but it looks like we had to switch the Bushings to the warehouse they came from due to an inventory issue, which is part of why it didn't ship at the same time. Just ordered a set of SR PERFORMANCE V2 Coilovers for my Mustang. Website was easy to navigate and purchase. Only thing I'd add is the ability to choose spring weight but that's not necessarily a AM ordeal, more so something SR Performance should offer.
1 to 5 and 5 being the best. My experience with American Muscle has been a 10. I've bought a lot of parts for my Mustang over the last few years and the knowledge the customer service people have is a plus. I find my part order it and I get it on time. Been using American Muscle since I have had my Mustang and I have never had any fitment issues with oarts or even a single defect. Customer service is super knowledgeable and helpful. Always happy with this site and will continue to buy my parts and upgrades through American Muscle!
The customer service is great, but I was disappointed with the Fed Ex delivery and then when we opened the boxes the wheels were not the style I ordered, and the size was wrong and wouldn't fit on my car. We had to go through the return process which takes a bit, having to take photos of everything from the boxes, labels and tires/wheels. They were nice enough to set up a pickup, so we didn't have to lug them back to Fed. Ex.

I ordered a tuner got it and then couldn't get a tune for my car. After about of month going back and forth, I returned and got my refund. But my project just set there waiting.

Not sure why this catalytic converter can't have the same exclusion that EVERY other description has across the web. It makes no reference to CARB compliance and even gives a shipping time.

Ordered Wednesday, paid in full, call Friday, they had an "error" with my card… didn't have any error taking my $300+ when I ordered. Needless to say I will not be buying anything from American muscle in the future.
