I ordered a pair of rear wheel hub assemblies for my '16 GT on 11 May at 3:47pm. The product listing said that I would receive my order on 13 May - there was no mention of a same-day-shipping cutoff time of 2pm. It's now 14 May at 4:34pm and my order arrived just in time to start working on the car...tomorrow. This was my first and last order from AM, which is unfortunate; I like much of what I saw. Bottom line (in my opinion): Don't be in a hurry to work on your ride if ordering your parts from AM.

Loved it so much that I bought a second one. Since the 1st one I bought someone stole it.
Tint that was sent was cut wrong. AM wanted pictures I provided. Then requested part number on bag that was already thrown away. Even though others complained about the same thing and I have made multiple purchases at AM. This is over a 13 dollar tint…no resolution. Never contacted me back. Blew me off.

Answer: I have never found it hard to contact AM. Simply called the costumer service line and within minutes was talking with a rep and resolving any issue I had.
Answer: From my experience, I would expect a lot of support. Someone left out the SUPPORT from customer support.
