My package arrived very quick as I a couple state from their shipping point. My packaged arrived on time and arrived in about 2 days and.
I noticed several times when I called for part info the American Muscle rep was less than professional, argumentative and short tempered.
First a received the wrong part. Then, a supervisor tells me he'd overnight another part. Then, days later I was told my part was lost. Then, they say they're overnight me another part. I've yet to receive my ordered part. I've been without transportation due to the impompetence of this company. I honestly think they are hiring cheap labor with less than a high school degree.

Ordered a ring and pinion. It was pre used but was suppose to be in excellent condition. They were packaged terrible and in box loosely. Just had brown paper over the top of them. Pinion gear was chipped off the edges on a couple of spots. Contacted am. They gave me 10.00 credit For my trouble. I spent more then that in tape and gas taking them to FedEx to ship back. I won't be using that 10.00 credit and I'll use any other company before I use american muscle ever again.
I can look at this bumper kit and can tell off the rip its not gonna fit, hope yall give refunds….

I ordered a 6-gage instrument cluster in April 2023 for $404. It is now June 27 2024 and still do not have it. They have now decided to cancel the order and tell me to try to order it again at $899. I have called several times in the past year and every time I have, they told me that it would be shipping in a few weeks. The website says it's in stock, the sales team says it's in stock, but service tells me it's not. It is the same part number.
The purchase process was smooth. The part came in on time and fit my 04 mustang perfectly

One thing I love about this site is how easy it is to plug in your cars make and model and you have a huge compilation of parts that will fit your car. The process is easy and seamless. I received my part fast and in great condition I can't wait to install soon!

Took about 1 hour for installation watched the video and it was very detailed
I didn't get the order because the order got lost in transit. I didn't get any refund or reply from customer service
[1] They send ford performance camshaft, each in its own sepate little box, both inside a larger box. There was too much room in all the boxes so everything could slide and flop around and cams are heavy, about 15 lbs each. I was lucky the cams did not fall out during shipping. Very insecure shipping.
[2] No indication of which cam was passenger or driver.
[3] Absolutely no documentation such as receipt, install instructions, nothing.
[4] When you call to speak to support, you can tell the people work inside their home and they are completely disconnected from the actual company. They work on commissions. The 2 times I called to talk to someone, the people seemed very preocuppied as busy with everthing but me.
Very very very unprofessional and shady as $#*!.
