The spring on the roller part broke and unfortunately the company had to send a whole new shade and not just the needed part.

I was expecting a more sturdy product. I purchased blinds from another online company for another home a couple years ago and they were so much nicer. I couldn't remember the name of the company so I just picked one which was American Blinds. It was a bad choice.

Very nice classy shades, i am ordering 3 more in the next few days.

Received order promptly within 3 to 4 weeks; however, not all mounting hardware was not provided and one vertical fabric blind was received torn.

This is the second shade that broke, the first one was under warranty, so the second one I had to purchase. I purchased all my shades for my entire house in 2017, I just hope I don't have anymore break.

I love everything about my blinds except this stupid survey

The blinds look handsome but I find the faux woven wood material to be insubstantial and have little weight to them. They don't ever hang straight without a wrinkle. Also there was only 1 plastic pull provided for them and i believe they need a pair. I saw the sample before I ordered them but it didnt occur to me that the pliancy of the fabric would prove to be an overall flimsiness in the finished product.

Blinds arrived timely & measurements were accurate. Very pleased with the quality and the style (top/bottom up & down) with no strings showing. Really helps with privacy and to keep the sun from fading bed linens yet can still see the view.
