After I submitted the order for 3 blinds, I received a request from the company for verification of an inconsistency noted on the headrails of two blinds slated for installation in the same room. Turns out I had ordered a different model for each window. The personnel at American Blinds saved me having to return mismatched blinds by making the effort to have me recheck my order. Wow, who does that these days? American Blinds does.
